Be Grateful. (Important)
It's actually important as fuck to be grateful. It gives you a bunch of the good brain chemical's, and limits your stress, reduces your anxiety (It's actually impossible to feel anxiety and gratitude at the same time), making you a much more attractive human (to guys and girls). Many guys go their whole lives without showing gratitude, and they don't realize how quickly it can end... Take Charlie Kirk, father, debater, public figure of free speech.... Shot dead at age 31. Life is short, so don't put off this next action step... ACTION STEP: Write down literally one sentence of something you're grateful for. It can be something stupid like the keyboard or phone you're typing on. Feel free to add more if you want, but here's mine: 1. I'm grateful for the coffee call I had with Pawel inside of my community, we essentially just made jokes the entire time (he's German so I brought up WWII, and I'm American so he brought up politician's n'shit lmfao). We got to go over his training and my training, along with my goals and his goals, and it was just overall a fun time. 2. I'm grateful for my keyboard, I'll never get sick of typing on it. Genuinely it just is satisfying, and since I type kind of fast it makes it even nicer to type on it (You like things you're good at, think about that next time you go to train and there's a movement or progression you don't like). 3. I'm grateful for my community, subs, followers, because being able to touch the lives of 100s of people genuinely inspires the fuck out of me to do better, and I will do better as a result of it. Cheers, -- Brandon
Don't get stuck in Calisthenics H*ll
"Hell is when you look at who you could’ve been and realize you are not that person" -- Alex Hormozi Not being authentic ruins you. Choosing to follow someone else’s program, their goals, or only doing certain skills you hate training because you want the result will keep you permanently stuck. Do what YOU want. Not what others want. Do the pullup because you want to do the pullup. Do the Skill because you want to do the skill. Not because β€œOh man Levaan did 2 finger planche! I'll do that!” Not because β€œ2 set method is best! I have to do 2 sets until failure!” Do it because YOU want to. Action Step: 1. Set a goal that applies to the training you favor most β†’ Improve weighted pullup 2. Give it a timeframe β†’ Improve weighted as much as possible before 2026 3. Make it specific β†’ Add 15kg before January 2026 Then do everything possible to do it.

Get 12.5% stronger for free.
It's possible to get 12.5% stronger FOR FREE Imagine sweating, grinding, struggling... and you just get that extra BOOST. And bro, 12.5% doesn't seem like that big of a difference.... But in a set of 10.. that's an extra rep. In a 1 rep max.. that's an extra 5-10kg. It makes a HUGE difference, and if you're someone who actually wants to progress, then I'd imagine you'd want that. Here's how you do it: 1. Find music that AMPS you up (Not just music you like) 2. Get in position to start your set 3. Wait until the beat drops (Don't sacrifice rest time for this) 4. Do your reps AGGRESSIVELY but while maintaining mindfulness Then boom. New PR easily. All because you took action on a random dudes post... Cheers, Brandon
