What does it mean when i dont have sore body next day after training

@Caleb Hoon no. if ur body gets new stimulus from a certain exercise ur body can be sore. but if u keep doing the same exercise with more reps or more weights ur body wont be as sore because ur body is used to the exercise.

there can be multiple reasons but the biggest reason might be that ur body adapted to a certain exercise or movement.

A sort of plateau
I've been working out full body for a few weeks now, and I've reached this sort of plateau where in push I'm not noticing much strength or muscle growth. I'm still a beginner. My workout for push is, pseudo-planche push-ups, archer push-ups, pike push-ups, dips, and push-ups till failure. I feel like my form is the problem but am not sure anymore.

it depends on how many days u train a week, ur nutrition, ur stress lvls, ur sleep, etc so many things to consider.
