Good for muscle hypertrophy?
Guys I was thinking of starting the 100 reps routine basically for push ups do 10 reps in first set and then go on same with pull ups but i will aik for 25 total reps and do 5-6 reps in each set and drop drop on reps when I get on the 3rd or 4th rep is this method good for muscle hypertrophy its from the video my advice for teens trying to get big

if u are a beginner its good. if u are not a beginner its not good. cuz ur body will get used to this '100 reps' thing. rather just progressively overload using weights, tempos, different variations, etc. adding reps is not only the way to progressively overload. if u keep doing 100 reps, ur body will eventually get used to this, and wont progress. just know, ur body doesnt wanna change. it wants to be in a stabilized form. so u have to keep challenging ur body to do harder stuffs in order to progress
Need advices !!
need advice, I'm 17 years old and I've been doing calisthenics for ~1.5y, I mainly train hspu front and planch. I lost all my plank and front level during the holidays and I want to get back to this level and progress, I currently have 3s straddle front lever and 3s straddle planch. help me!

just train how u did before the holidays with less intensity and volume and increase these two. its not tht difficult to bring back ur old lvl
Is this routine good?
2 set failure method (on 1st set go failure weighted and then without weight same with 2nd set) Weighted dips Weighted pushups Weighted pullups Weighted one leg squat/jump squat Weighted twisted crunches Weighted planks/hollow body hold All this daily except sunday

well if u are doing this routine except sunday(which is 6 days a week) u prolly arent training to failure. see if u train till failure, u cant train the same reps till failure tmrw... this is where u have to adjust ur training splits. 6 days of max intensity(since training to failure and beyond failure is definitely a super high intensity) and only 1 day of rest weekly is harsh. not even body builders do this bro.

Calorie vs protein
Which is more important to building muscle? Protein intake or calories? Recently I was tracking and getting about 3600-3800 calories a day and I wasn’t gaining any weight or making progress. My carb intake was super high. Recently I am trying to switch to a much higher protein intake. Which is more important for adding mass? I have not been making progress while eating 3600-3800 calories I’m not sure why? (Yes I track my calories, usually underestimate)
