From Zero to Mastery: Excited to Join This Journey 💪🏻
I’m super pumped to be part of this community! I just joined recently, and I’ve got to say the energy, focus, and drive here are next-level 🔥 Our mission to bring clarity, structure, and progress to calisthenics really speaks to me. No more guesswork just consistent action, growth, and results. I’ve been diving into the free courses and it’s amazing how much you can achieve when you follow a proven roadmap. One rep, one breakthrough at a time 👊🏻 By the way, I’m also curious has anyone here heard about or tried YouTube automation? 🎥 I’ve seen people talk about building channels that run almost hands-free, and since I’m still new, I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences on it! Let’s keep pushing, learning, and growing both in training and in life 💥 #ClarityOverGuessing #ActionOverExcuses #WeRiseTogether

Welcome brother, it is awesome you are with us!💪🏻
Calisthenics Tip Day 9🌞
👨You are human Obviously Well us humans are adapted to a couple 1000 years ago Yet you haven't adapted yourself to that What do I even mean? By probability you probably: Wake up and go on your phone Don't get sunlight in Don't give your body the chance to know it's "alive" Your body needs to know when it's day time, if the sun is up, if you're in a famine or not So what do you actually have to do? 1. Phone far away - Optimally in another room - Obviously don't go on it first thing, wait 20-30 minutes so you get natural dopamine - Don't put your phone in your pocket, seriously this is literally proven to decrease test level because of the radiation (cellular and bluetooth) 2. Be Human - Go to sleep and wake up at roughly the same time, you get better sleep. This was proven to be almost as important as the hours themselves. - To better your body clock (circadian rhythm) GO OUTSIDE, especially when you just wake up. Your body needs to know if it's actually time to wake up and do stuff. This is also good for like 100 other reasons I wont get into - Go for a walk in the sun right as you wake up, if sunny 5-10m is good. If cloudy, go up to 20m This is a simple and important, yet overcomplicated topic For better gains, regulating dopamine and feeling good again! Thanks for reading, now go and actually implement these things🔫 -Orfeas Onasis

Thank you for this 🔥 advice full of value brother💪🤝
I wish people understood this about strength training/weighted
I started training calisthenics 1 year ago and I was hopping around the influencer programs like 2 set method, Mike isreatel, thenx etc. But whatever I did, my progress felt slower than other peoples' I looked at myself in third person and thought about what i was doing for a couple days. And i realized that I didn't have a clear goal in mind making me bounce around hypertrophy/strength/skills And so I decided to dive into weighted cali for the strength where I got some newbie gains in the start but it still felt slow. I thought about it once more and I thought of a solution Why am I training like a bodybuilder and following advice from them if my goals are strength gain And so started my journey on researching powerlifting I started learning about all the terms and programming and I've officially found what I was looking for. I dont understand why social media still pushes the bodybuilding style training for strength training. this powerlifter style training is so good. the secret weapon is periodization where you vary the stimilus to force your body to adapt because if you train the same thing every week your body will catch up and not grow because that's what it was meant to do: save recources, not waste them on 1RMs Thats all I have to say
I wish people understood this about strength training/weighted
