I am a beginner at calisthenics
Hey, I'm a 14 y/o training calisthenic just above 1 week already. I'm just wondering if its better to do a full body workout as a beginner or split workout. Thanks

I personally like doing push pull push pull and legs optional lol I like it this way cause I can train more often
Best Exercise For Each Muscle Group
guys tell me down below which is the best exercise for each muscle group in ur opinion. for ex, triceps - skull crushers, upper chest - decline push ups, lower chest - dips, back - pull ups, biceps - bicep curls etc

Just pull-ups, rows, hspu, dips and that’s it man
active recovery
does anyone have any good strategies for active recovery, aside from just stretching and walking and stuff what else can i do to promote recovery?

What I do is qi gong a type of asiatic exercises which involve slow movements really amazing for recovery and overall health I do Ba Duan Jin on active rest days and other rest days simply don’t do anything and keep a balance diet
Should i add hardness at a young age?
i started calisthenics at a young age at 12 i have a 26 centimeters arm size and i want to get it bigger but if i make my self struggle at this age my elders says it will be a bad ending. What do you guys think should i make my programme harder? (english is not my first language)
