Good for muscle hypertrophy?
Guys I was thinking of starting the 100 reps routine basically for push ups do 10 reps in first set and then go on same with pull ups but i will aik for 25 total reps and do 5-6 reps in each set and drop drop on reps when I get on the 3rd or 4th rep is this method good for muscle hypertrophy its from the video my advice for teens trying to get big

well it may work but also it may be too difficult it is probably better to work 2-3 sets of hardest varation in a range of 10-12 reps
I NEED HELP
Guys, I am 17. I want to start calisthenics. I literally know nothing. I want a beginner plan; there are too many plans out there. I know it is funny, but I cannot do one pull-up, and I am too bad at push-ups. Please help!!!!

hi there do not be desmotivated because you cant do a pullup i myself wasnt able to do one at the start. So do push pull leg push pull leg split. you can do puhs rest pull rest leg rest at the start training 3 times a week or if you can train 5 times a week. So push day. choose the hardest progression your working on then move on to easier variaiton and finish off with core exercises. when you hit 15 reps of a progression you will be ready to move on to the next progression. so push: pushups please make sure youre back is not arched. your elbows do not flare out and keep core tensed. do three sets of pushups first two sets going almsot to failure like you can not do one more so if you can do max 8 pushups do 6 pushups do this for two sets and for the third set do max push ups full failure. rest 2-3 min in between sets. then move on to 3 sets of knee pushups the first two sets almost failure and then third set full failure. finish off with core so you can do leg raises wether hanging or lying down. do three sets of max then 2-3 of max hold of hollow body hold. pull day same principle so three sets of hardest one so if you can not do one work on negatives jump up on bar and lower yourself down slowly do three sets of 5-8 reps then do three sets of australian rows wether legs bent or fully extended do first two sets almsot failure and then third set failure. finish with same core workout or change it up with other exercises you want leg day work on squats trying to progress to pistol squats do three sets almost failure and then if you want add reverse nordic curl 2 sets till failure here it is optional to work core. do this routine push day -´pull day- leg day- rest- push-pull-leg- or push-pull-leg-push-pull. do it however you want but do let each muscle group rest at least 24 hr. hope that helps if you have any questions just ask.

Wow very cool man awesome
Is this routine good?
2 set failure method (on 1st set go failure weighted and then without weight same with 2nd set) Weighted dips Weighted pushups Weighted pullups Weighted one leg squat/jump squat Weighted twisted crunches Weighted planks/hollow body hold All this daily except sunday

So you do two sets of each exercise each day like all of them one single day?

It can work but it may be too much on your body or eat least change it to pushing exercises to push day and so forth and also really need a very good warmup before starting including body circulation and easier progression of the exercises. And if you do decide to do this then every 3-4 weeks have a deload week in order to not overtrain
