How do i start
i’ve been meaning to start calisthenics but have no idea where to start. yall have any tips?

Chose 2-3 exercise per movement so three for push three for pull and legs optional and do 3-5 sets per exercise 8-12 reps once you consistently hit max rep range move to harder progression as simple as that mate

I know man is so like how to put it horrible? Yeah horrible I mean aren’t there supposed to be amins to help manage this place ?

@Rebort Hylton Davies well something that helped me during those days that feel off or hard to work out is remember why I’m doing it remind me and just saying I’m gonna start just warm up so don’t negotiate with your mind so start even if it’s 10 minutes usually after those ten minutes you’ll be like nah let’s just do whole workout and it’s done I know it sounds easier said than done but just the push to start is what keeps the en momentum going ;-)
Grip
My grip strength went from 45 kg to 25 kg Back then I could only do 1-2 pullups Now I can do 10 pullups I changed my routine from upper lower x2 to fullbody x3

What do you mean grip strenght from 45-25 kg? Also great job man 10 pull-ups is impressive keep going and yeah keep listening to your body to see what works for you;-)

Hand stand help 🙏
I’ve been doing calisthenics for 8 months now made amazing progress, thx to the community, however I’m still can’t handstand or even head stand. Ik I have the strength for this because I can do multiple clean handstand pushups against a wall, as well as clean L-sit to handstand(then I fall over.) Any tips on how to hold and balance one would be great.👍

Do elevate dpike push-ups with correct Lena forming a triangle between palms and head when lowering down and incrementing difficulty by increasing leg height the thing is you might have the strenght by doing against the wall hspu but you might not have the balance so practice the forward lean correctly ;-)
How often do you train? 💪
I am working out every day right now. Not because I “have to,” but because my energy, focus, and results are at their peak when I train daily. How often do you train and what’s your reasoning behind that number?

I train four times a week calisthenics and one active recovery day of jumping rope I do this because it has helped me and because if I do more I’ll probably regress cause my fatigue would build up pretty quickly
