Bad Fall, Nice Recovery
As Iâve posted Iâve been dealing with back and knees problems. Yesterday I unfortunately had a fall on an uneven cobblestone street. Because Iâm on a blood thinner a fall always brings threat of a brained bleed. Fortunately, I was able to break my fall with my palms and had a bruised palm and scraped knee. No headache or swelling. The big takeaway was a group of strangers stopped to offer me aid one couple even offered to take me to a medical center. What a nice gesture with all the negativity in the country. Enjoy the weekend

OOTD: A little shopping expedition
Bad night at work last night, so we didn't go to breakfast this morning. I stayed in bed for a while. Consequently, we had to go grocery shopping in the heat of the day. 2nd try... Sister in law's baby shower today. Charles Tyrwhitt blue linen shirt with rolled sleeves over linen shorts. Brown Anson belt with silver buckle and brown suede Beckett Simonon sneakers. Nautica watch and Versace Eros edt. Pictured my Mother, Grandmother and Sister in Law.
