Heirloom Jacket.
Last year, my uncle passed and when my family was going through his stuff, they gave me this really nice military surplus great coat because it fit me, and really no one else. I was going to have the few moth holes patched and wear it next winter. Yesterday at a family gathering, I learned that it is NOT a military surplus jacket. It was my grandfather's jacket, issued to him when he was sent to Germany during WW2. Not sure if it is appropriate to wear it now. I know it's not a question regarding style, but given this new information, what would you guys do with this jacket, that is a family heirloom and a piece of history?

Tie collection advice
I am looking to add three ties to my current lineup. Based on the colors and types of ties I already have, what color and pattern should I add in order to bridge any gaps in my inventory? These are the types I am looking for: - a shantung tie for that wonderful texture - your suggestion on color/pattern here - a V-tip knitted tie - your suggestion on color/pattern here - a 100% linen tie - your suggestion on color/pattern here I have been laborating with camel, nougat, mid blue, steel blue, grey etc. I may have a place for a lighter blue tie. These are my current ties. From left: Black and grey houndstooth - pretty discreet tie, almost "boring" but very useful Brown silk tie, grenadine-esque by Oscar Jacobson Light brown/creme regimental grenadine untipped tie by Granqvist Navy w/ dots cotton tie Blue very matte medalion pattern tie by Oscar Jacobson Blue regimental silk tie by Travelmaster Blue, brown and bronze 7 fold silk tie by Oscar Jacobson Navy grenadine tie by E.G Capelli Muted red and white striped silk tie - not burgundy, not bright Crimson grenadine silk tie Faded red (no really pink) and white striped linen/silk tie Beige and blue striped cotton tie

Something navy blue with bright orange accents would look good, depending on what you're wearing with it. I just like orange and navy as a combo.
Darker style
What could I do to make the black color pop out more?

I don't know how you can make black pop. All that black would make anything you wear with it pop.
Wrangler jeans
Wondering, what are everyone's thoughts on wrangler jeans? It's what I've been wearing them but not sure if they are considered stylish or not.
OOTD
Just switched blaze and watch for this one ( and underwear of course) for a blue/grey corduroy blazer and my Seiko mod homage datejust
