Hey everyone, my names Steven… I’m new here and I’m trying to better myself life. I’ve been kinda down on my luck over the years and I’ve never really had too many friends to give me any advice. I’ve haven’t really studied style too much before and I’m really excited… the guys here seem really helpful and outgoing. … it’s something to inspire towards. Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself and post a picture of my mug & everyday attire. Are there any hat guys on here? I bought a Sterkowski trilby recently but haven't worked up the courage to wear it outside the house. I also have a couple of flat caps but don't feel real comfortable wearing them out either. I'm getting pretty thin on top and really want to lean in to wearing hats moving forward. Anyone in the same boat?

It’s hot and humid today, so I chose shorts. I know I’m new to the group, but don’t see anyone posting dressed in them. Are shorts generally frowned upon? How do you manage southern heat and humidity?

Hey everyone is polyamide ok? I know it's not a natural fiber but is 10-20% polyamide when the rest is wool or wool and cashmere a good fabric for wool coats?
