April Progress
Started at 96.55 kg on 1st April, Today is 26th April and i weight 93.15kg , still 4 days to go, Although i am working more towards diet rather than exercise, completing 4km daily walk in 50minutes, the progress might not be alot but happy that, i dropped atleast 3 kg this month and have to keep going, until i reach my goal weight 65kg.

Morning walk:20 mins Breakfast:2 boiled eggs and a toast with peanut butter Fiber:apple Lunch: dahi baray and chicken Dinner:beef qeema with 1 roti,2 tbsp rice and a bowl of yogurt Water intake:3 litre Steps:7k
