Day 16 No Meal Snaps
On 16th Day I hadn't been that much active to take snaps of what I ate in a day because of my Root Canal operation which was painful but bearable at the same time. My friend treated me with loaded fries from her canteen🍟🫶🏻 to make me relaxed a bit after the operation. I enjoyed it as a mid morning snack. In Breakfast I had Anda paratha and in lunch time I ate half Roti with Channay. Dinner I don't remember exactly heheh 🙃

Day 16 No Meal Snaps
Hectic Sunday
Hydration - 2.5 ltr ✅ Fibre - strawberries 🍓+ 4 5 pcs of papaya. ✅ Gentle streching - 5 min ✅ Mediation - 5 min ✅ Walk - ❌ 😞 ( wanted to go for walk but my baby decided to take a nap 🥱 😴) Sunlight - ❌ Early morning - 2 dates + 5 almonds. Breakfast - 1 egg omlette+ 2 bread + chai with little sugar. Lunch - leftover chicken khepsa Dinner - ande aaloo + rice. Protein - breakfast ✅ lunch ✅ dinner ✅ ( egg & chicken) Water before all meals : ✅
