I recently found out that I fall in pre-diabetes category, so I decided to follow the pre-diabetes diet plans available on this platform. There are only breakfast, lunch and dinner options available and no walk/exercise routine or no snacks options available there. Can anyone help me with this as I want to properly follow pre-diabetes plan. And one more confusion I have is, will I lose weight by following this pre-diabetes diet plan? Many thanks @Dn.
