Today i want to share that 16 roza guzar gaye hain and Alhamadulillah is bar rozay bht ache s guzray kafi time bad mene light mehsoos kiya hai, is bar ramzan me oily fried chezain avoid ki and clean eating ki, Alhamadulillah k mjhme itni himat aye k samne pari hte but khayi nae bht control kiya wrna is s pehlay tou aik plate pakoray sirf chae k sath kha jati thi, khanay ka pata hi nae hta tha but is bar me proper khanakha rae hun blkay bich me aik do bar mene salad b use kiya and bht controlled feel kiya, cravings na hne k brabar rahi aik do bar hi rooh afza ya sugar intake kiya hoga wrna wo b avoid kiya, on and off health issue rehta but Alhamadulillah after 5 years mene khud ko itna light or pursakoon feel kiya wright nae kr pai but feel hora k kam hua hai, Thanks to community and thanks to every one who supported me by comenting on my post is s idea hta hai kahan kami hai consistent hun ya nahi, Thanks to every one, our mentors, bas aisa hi guide krte rahain and in my opinion self control, and consistent is my big achievement, its my big win. @Tsk Diet @Talha Anjum @Dn.
