Kick start day 1 (Part 1)
Woke up late today so skipped breakfast and did brunch basically. 15 min walk before brunch. Forgot to intake water before meal.. in brunch I have 1 medium sized sadi roti with saag. After that done with my post meal 10 min walk and then have 1 glass of water and completed house chores side by side. This is for till now (4pm). Will post part 2 at night InshaAllah....
