Reason for disappearing
Hahahaha kafi time bad i am back here to remind you all me b hun 🤣😅 kafi mehman nawazion k bad kch din bemar rahi phir 2 din Hospital rahi and phir kch jungjoo 🚀mahool me sleepless nights rahi, jo gulf me rehte they knew the situation shurlion patakho wale ☄️⚡️🔥🧨 halaat rahe, phir jo becharay visit pe aye the unko immediate basis pe KSA S jana par raha ab aik family ki friday ko flight and aik ko 20 ki mili, so wo sab hm permenant walo k pass phnche hue coz hawai ada yahan s nazdeek means airport 🤦‍♀️ side effect pass rehne ka so sab kch jhelnay k bad saturday tak kch sakoon hojai then i will be here aram sakoon s, q k ajkal shopping hte rehti and being a host company deni parte with my husband, and han aik update deni thi k me abi b apne meal pe consistant hun Alhamadulillah, so milte hain kch days bad and again me normal routinee follow kr sakun, T.c all members.
General update,
After eid abi b guests at my place, 3rd april ko sabki flight so wo jain tou will back to routine, but still me 2 times meal lai rae and very balanced and light aik to stomach hi bht upset hua va kch b jald digest nae hopa ra, its very tough to manage now days, bit itna hogaya and thora reh gaya, so i will join again.after 3 days 🙌

Ramadan Day 28,
Start day with warm water by adding pinch of cinamon powder, In sehri aj dil bht ajeeb sa so took half pratha with half tsp jam and 1 tsp cream with cup of tea, then took 1 khajoor with cold milk add pinch of salt in it, In iftari 3 dates and glass of water, then gap of namaz, after namaz i took 1/4 white chicken biryani rice, and 2 tbsp of Beef biryani from neighbors, half chicken samosa and 2 pakoras with alot of chutney, then go for a walk, Then after isha small bowl of mixed fruit chaat, thwn again go outside for walk, Then before bed green tea with few drops of lemon, Steps around 8500, Water in take 7 and half mug
