Client appreciation post 🧔 Lena Nguyen šŸ’Ŗ
I want to take a second to shout out Lena 🫔 She’s a busy mom, juggling real life like everyone else — kids, work, CHAOS, tired days — and somewhere along the way, she stopped making herself last. What I love most isn’t even the physical changes (though yes, those happened). It’s that she’s just… in her element now. She cooks legit amazing meals. She’s calm and confident around food. She’s no longer ā€œtrying to be healthyā€ — she just is. THE COOLEST PARTšŸ‘‡ She’s become the example. Friends notice. Family notices. People ask her what she’s doing now. Thank you for showing up and sharing your journey with us! The BBB team is proud of you. The last investment in (fitness) coaching you ever need to make šŸš€

Sunday morning, deep..
Today I'm greatful beeing me! Why? Because despite all the negativ aspects of my life choises and the consequenses around them, I feel blessed that I have found myself. I started to follow a man from the other side of the world, that had resonable thoughts around fitness and health in April last year. I had begun going to the gym already in February but didn't know how to do a proper work out. And I didn't have the resources to get a PT. But with my new job I knew that I had to get stronger. This guy, he asked me why I had pressed the follow button on IG. Oh wow, he held me responsible for my choice.. We chatted for mayby 15-20 mins. I was at the gym and at that moment I felt more alive then I had for a long time! New job, new beginning with the training, someone saw me! ME!! Days later I got the BBB programs, and I followed it for 5 months before my joints and my muscles were too sore to continue lifting weights and I needed to prioritise work. In december I missed all the training, comming home after work just sitting in the sofa, or recliner .. the sorness didn't give up. All bloodtest were good but I felt restless. I wanted to continue the fitness journey. Then I found this community and this was it! The guy that had planted something solid im my mind was there again, holding me responsible - for myself. It wasn't acually about weight or food or looking fit. (That comes second, at least for me) No. It was about what I owe to myself! What picture I want to show of myself to my family. I stumble, I'm processing and progressing. But step by step I will get better on doing whatever it takes to be me. Thanks @Darren Liu for beeing.. you! Todays walk - 5983 steps, and 4,75 km

✨ Vibing Friday Check-In ✨
Today’s vibe is my brain 🧠 anxiously wanting to hit noon Hybrid HIIT… …and my body saying nooooope. So I’m choosing grace over grind today. No fighting my body. No guilt. Plan is Disneyland šŸŽ¢ + steps instead—movement still counts. I haven’t really taken a true ā€œrest dayā€ lately, so today is my chill pill moment. HIIT Hybrid is already booked for tomorrow (60 minutes šŸ˜…), so trust me—there will be sweat, sparkle, and probably some fat crying then. Back recovery is slightly better, which I’m grateful for šŸ™ I’m also low-key anxious (in a good way) for Monday because I get to see my awesome chiropractor. Not just for the adjustment—but because we genuinely vibe. Every visit turns into chats about fitness, nutrition, recovery, and life. I share nutrition tips, she loves it, and over time we’ve built such a real connection that she trusted me with her personal number—with a clear ā€œonly youā€ boundary that I absolutely respect. That alone made me feel valued, not special in an ego way—but in a human connection way. Morning started off helping my partner make protein pancakes because he saw them on IG šŸ‘€šŸ„ž I weighed and measured the ingredients…asked him to make me some scrambled egg šŸ³ with eggwhites then handed him the throne of the kitchen and stepped aside šŸ˜ Just sharing this as a reminder that fitness isn’t always about workouts. Sometimes it’s listening to your body. Sometimes it’s recovery. Sometimes it’s connection. Sometimes it’s stepping back so you can move forward stronger. šŸ’¬ What’s your Friday vibe today? Checking in šŸ‘‡
