Eggs
Ok here we go. Let's talk about all the eggs I am eating right now. Eggs used to be bad for your health, than good because the cholesterol was not used by the body, at least not entirely, and then this year official guidelines in Germany changed again and one eggs per day is no longer advised. We should eat less, they say. But even ignoring this ... looking for protein rich food-ideas for breakfast and dinner I can easily get to 4 eggs a day and this just feels wrong to me. So I substitute every second egg with just the egg-white. What are your thoughts and strategies on that?

Protein Overnight Oats! 💪
This is the easiest way to get protein, energizing carbs, and a solid amount of fiber in the morning. I eat this EVERY SINGLE morning without fail even when I'm not training. The best part? You can make a bunch and store them in the fridge for the week. Ingredients: - 60gr of rolled oats - 100ml almond milk (I use one that's sweetened with cane sugar) - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - Topping - 100gr of mixed frozen berries Tips: - Play around with the quantities to fit your preference - Use less/more almond milk for the texture - You can use any dairy you like (I use almond milk because it's lower in calories and it tastes great 😄) - Use any flavor of whey you want (I've used chocolate and strawberry before, but vanilla is my favorite) - Plant protein works too, I just haven't tried. - Add low fat / no fat Greek yogurt if you want to bump up the protein! Method: - Pour almond milk into a glass container - Then the scoop of protein powder - Mix well with a spoon or mixer - Dump oats in and mix well again - Make sure all oats are covered in milk - Top with berries - Place it in the fridge overnight. That's it! Comment if you enjoyed it!👇

This is a great recommendation! I can only point out to use the rolled oats as Darren suggests. The really thinly cut ones are absorbed so fast that I am hungry again after 2 hours. I sometimes like to use a bit more liquid and add some chia seeds - the texture feels more 'light' somehow.

@Tyler Lo Do we need to agree on a challenge? Edit: 7000 steps and one perfect plate to start with.

Let’s talk … Supplements 💊
There are so many supplements! Am I taking enough? What do I need? What’s a nice to have? With all the influencers on social media, they could just be endorsing brands with their “paid ads”. Now I know I have to take a multivitamin. I need Vitamin D and Calcium because I’m located in Chicagoland area… What other drugs do I need to pop?! 😝

To be honest, I am afraid we have all been a bit brainwashed by the supplement industry. I used to think I needed all that stuff...but have recently come to the conclusion that I will only supplement protein / collagen and once in a while some B12, bacause I have a history of low Vitamin B12. If your blood values are fine and we eat well, it should be enough. Your thoughts on that?
