Anchor- I have no idea. I am not very good with rigid rules. What I mean is, I can get too rigid and then if I break a rule, I am no good. I am really hard on myself. Can the anchor change occasionally?? Tracking calories today. See pictures. I didnāt take pictures of my food because itās pretty much what I ate yesterday, which I posted pictures of. Except, I ate a protein bar on my way home from work because I was hungry and had a handful of tortilla chips when I got home. Itās almost bedtime now, so I am done eating for the day. On a side note, honestly, this is the thing I am worst at. I donāt like counting calories. I can get very competitive with myself on how much less I can eat every day and pretty soon, I am this horrible, grouchy, lifeless human being who no one wants to be around. I understand why itās necessary and how itās supposed to help. But I havenāt figured out how to do it so it benefits me.
