📋 TL;DR📝 ☀️ Here is the 5th part of my six-part post. 🧬 To control my LDL, I eat grains, legumes, seeds, vegetables, fruits, and fish. 🐠 📝 Full Post ✨ 👋 Hi Skool family! 🏫 This post is a little bit different from my previous four updates. 🔄 Those past posts were inspired by public comments, but today's topic actually comes from a direct message! 💬 I was asked about my daily diet and how I manage to keep my arterial plaque risk low. 📉 (The person who asked = nurse. ⚠️Me = not work in healthcare 🧪 absolutely no background in medical science. 😅) This is purely my personal experience from tracking my own body. 🎀 In science, you can't generalize an entire population from a single person.🔬 📊Simply put, I eat the following items to manage my lipid panel: 🟢 Whole Grains: Oats & Barley 🟡 Legumes: Azuki, Mung, Chickpeas, Lentils, Split Peas, etc. 🟠 Seeds: Flax, Chia, Sesame, Sunflower, Pumpkin 🔴 Local Vegetables and Fruits 🔵 Fatty Fish: Salmon & Sardines 💡 Let's stay vibrant and healthy! Feeding our bodies the right fuel is an act of self-care! ❤️ Every meal we choose is a step toward a more energized life. 🎉 I am rooting for everyone 🏆
