I think my arms are too short.
Day 2
This is what I am eating this week, well, for a few weeks. I eat the same thing for breakfast and for lunch most days. I do this for months at a time. Until, I get tired of it and then I switch to something else. It’s just efficient or maybe just lazy. Breakfast- 1/3 cup expensive cooked hot oatmeal (I can’t think of the name of it, but it taste better) in water with 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt and a handful of blueberries. Hot oatmeal and cold yogurt together sounds gross you say??!! I don’t care too much about temperature of food. 🤷‍♀️ Lunch - Salad with protein. Always, everyday, for years at this point. Today was 2 cups leafy greens with shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes and grilled chicken. Some sort of balsamic dressing. I didn’t eat all of it today. I got busy and then it got mushy, and so I just ate the chicken out of it. I usually eat a piece of fruit and some beef jerky or a spoonful of peanut butter for a snack but today a friend brought me a 12 oz spicy chai, because 8oz is not enough and 16 oz is too much. So I drank that in a super cute cup. I wanted to save it, it was so cute. But I threw it away. Dinner is out of my control most of the time. My husband makes it. I usually eat some protein and a little of whatever else. But to be honest I try not to eat too much because I get home late and I go to bed early. Tonight he made tacos, so I had some ground beef taco meat with half an avocado, cilantro and some salsa. I forgot I have a cabbage coleslaw thing I made that I should have eaten with it, but I ate it separately. I didn’t eat that whole bowl in the picture. I just took a picture of it. But I probably could have eaten the whole bowl. It’s yummy. This post is too long. Too much information. Is this what I am supposed to do??!!. I am not sure what is normal around here. 😊

Another day
Today is Tuesday. It’s the day that my gain showed on the scale. So what !!! It happened before and will probably happen again but life goes on. No punishment, no restrictions. Eating my good foods and still having some things I’m craving in moderation. Realizing I’m feeling more like snacking the week before. 🩸 I’m trying to start with fruits and end with sweets if I need it. Leaving bread for last even if I crave it more also. I did have a keto wrap for lunch and that was good. I am loving baked sweet potatoes right now they are my favourite. Hopefully you guys are all having a great day and living your best life.

Hello ヾ😊ノ゙ everyone Me, LEVEL 3 😎✌ Safia, please say right -sa fi a- i believe in you people you could control food so you can control language barrier😗even coach darren start to say it right 🥳, I'm been here for little while now, i followed coach darren all the way from Instagram to here imagining strict faces with 6packs and cool hair talking about how they managed to get into perfect body shape with more strict diet with less food and no cookies, to me like walking into hell, even though i walked in, for my health i would, but i get in and find you people with cool energy and good vibes just like me trying your best for what you believe is worthy like health and family and self🌸 i think i find my right place. and most of you are cool mamas with kids and jobs and yet find a way to to be all that really look up to you🥰 so long short story my gynecologist said i had hight insuline resistance, my blood sugar on its hight limits and also my cholesterol level are hight... She said I'm in danger my uterus in danger🥺 and i could diagnosed with 2nd level diabetes if i get pregnant and the baby also would put on danger😳 I'm really not into marriage and stuff, but my babies 😢will born with no cookie treat 😠not on my watch So, i need to work on my sugar levels, more like my sugar control 🥲 I don't have kids but i had 2cats and belly fat,i need to take care of them both one with love and the other with lost😌 So my goals are Regain my health Control my sugar menace (for the babies) Built my body comfortable shape My weight now is 84kg I'm 158cm with back and knee pain🫠I want to be 60kg I thing i can get to that in 6 months i believe so. I'm really not good with " i am worthy " 🫣 don't worry it's a mental thing But i promise to be worth your guidance and advices and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes (i hope less than 6 mo i have a wedding in summer 😇)
