I am so grateful for Spring Break! I am grateful for the rest I’ve gotten and the family I have gotten to spend time with. I am also extremely grateful for my rowing machine that I use 2 times a week which helped me paddle for 4 hours on a kayak today, able to make memories with my kids without slowing them down!

First time with paper and pen..
Wooow, did I feel special today or what?!! I went to the gym as usual and for the first time, I had my program on paper (wich I had prepared earlier today) with me and wrote down the numbers the old fashion way. I notised, casually, that I just saw ONE more, writing down his work out 😎😅 I did it slow, taking time to feel what muscle group I used, adjusting weights up and down. And now muscles that I didn't know excisted are aching 😂 I think I have avoided some for diferent reasons. 🤔🫣 But I will work it out! I have also switched some exercises for other similar ones because of my back and joints.. and I didn't do the plank today.. I started to challenge myself in balance some weeks back, as you know and invented (well, not invented mayby but you know..) a exercise... feels good! The glutes, hamstrings and knees have to work extra 😅 AND I took selfies so I can look at the change and progress I'm making the following weeks 😃

First new workout 🏋️‍♂️
Hey BBB fam Did my first new workout today the Day B. It was pretty good ! I did have to adjust some weights up or down after the first set. Overall I stayed in control and kept good form. I also didn’t skip the stretch before.

Here was my training session today. RPE 8-9 all sets. Committing to the program. Let’s go! I love how the Trainerize app tracks my sessions. I find it helpful.
