10K Steps Accountability โ๏ธ Back to Routine
Getting back into my routine and easing in the smart way ๐ Right now Iโm focusing more on hitting my 10K daily steps and pulling back a bit on intensity. Iโve cut down to ONE HIIT class on Saturdays and really listening to what my body is telling me. And honestlyโฆ my body said: slow down. So Iโm doing exactly that. Shifting my energy to prioritize strength days where it matters most, instead of going all out every single workout. Iโm also being more intentional with my steps:โ๏ธ 20-minute walk before I start working โ because once work starts, I can easily get caught up and skip itโ๏ธ After dinner walk = non-negotiable โ whether my partner joins me or not Itโs a bonus if he walks with meโฆ but if not, Iโm still getting it done ๐โโ๏ธ Sometimes progress isnโt about doing moreโฆ itโs about doing what your body actually needs ๐ฏ Question for you all: When your body tells you to slow downโฆ whatโs YOUR strategy?Do you pull back, switch focus, or push through? ๐
