What a great session this morning! We talked about: - the role of courses in your Skool community, - why people might not be visiting your classroom, - what makes a successful course, - strategies for monetizing your group, and - questions you can ask yourself to determine if there is room for improvement in your course or community! Every Monday, I peel back the curtain and give you a sneak peek behind the scenes of the CLASSIFIEDS. Why? Because very early on, the members of this group asked, and I said, "Sure!" ๐Ÿ˜Š # Members Total: 1338 (+52) #Premium Members: 222 (+15) Percentage of members who are premium: 16.6% (+0.5%) Conversion Rate: 22.3% (-0.5%) Ranking in Money: #26 (-2) Ranking Overall: #90 (-3) Highest Activity Day: 3133 (+1563) Lowest Activity Day: 847 (+378) The Context: The Classroom Ad Sprint was a great success and it was so wonderful to have so many people join along. The Ad is a great benefit to being a premium member, and we saw a great uptick in members upgrading as a result. ๐ŸŽ‰ On Wednesday, I am hosting another PERSONALS session for premium members to meet each other and promote their communities live, so hopefully we will meet a lot of new faces there! Even though we had 15 more members upgrade to premium, our percentage of overall members remained the same due to a relative number of new members joining the group, which is great! The most interesting numbers are the rankings and activity. Over the past 10 days, I have steadily seen us drop one level every second day. This is very unusual as the ranking usually fluctuates quite a bit both up and down. But what I find surprising is that the ranking continued to go down while the activity levels increased. Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved?
