Are you coming tomorrow (Friday)???
I'm cooking up something juicy for you, and you're going to want to be there! Now What? A Strategist Workshop for Building A Skool Group That Stands Out and Delivers - How to design your classroom so that it actually gets people results and grows your business! There's been a lot of talk in the Skoolers community about what to put (or not put) in your classroom, and it's not all good advice. Too many people are making rash decisions based on their own bad experiences with online courses without really knowing what goes into making high-quality classroom content that will move the needle for your members and help you to stand out from everyone else who is similar to you. On Friday, inside this group, I will be hosting a free 90-minute masterclass on how to strategically plan your Skool classroom so that you can showcase your expertise, stand out, and get real results for your members. Check the calendar for the time in your time zone. And yes, it will be recorded! (I've set up Zoom to auto-record, so no forgetting this time!!! ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ) I hope to see you there!

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want. 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please see my post(s) in the community as examples. POSTING CATEGORIES: Just like your local newspaper, posting in the proper category will help you get noticed more quickly. If you have a suggestion for a category that you do not see here, please DM me (one time). COMMUNITIES: This is where you can post about your Skool group. Let us know what it's called, who it's for, and what the group is all about (what interest it serves or how it helps). FREEBIES: This is where you can share a link for a freebie/opt-in. No fees allowed to be charged in this category. Provide a high-value lead magnet here.

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! ๐Ÿ˜‰ After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. ๐Ÿ˜Š Please add your introduction in the comments below! โฌ‡๏ธ

The 30-Day FLAME ๐Ÿ”ฅ Challenge
Most people think willpower is the secret to consistency. But here's what neuroscience reveals: your brain is literally wired to keep you safe, not successful. Every time you try something new, your subconscious pulls the emergency brake. The solution isn't more motivation - it's reprogramming the unconscious patterns that sabotage your follow-through. Here's a simple reframe that works: Instead of "I have to do this" (resistance), try "I get to become someone who does this" (identity shift). Your brain stops fighting change when you're becoming, not just doing. If you're ready to break the cycle of starting strong and fading fast... I'm running a 30-day FLAME challenge starting Monday that combines neuroscience-backed techniques with daily accountability. Hereโ€™s what we are aiming for - getting you the Skool ๐Ÿ”ฅ beside your nameโ€ฆ because consistency matters! And hereโ€™s the kicker - the questions Iโ€™ll pose to you over the 30 days will not only help you become a superstar in Skool, it will also build momentum for your other goals. Itโ€™s a WIN-WIN for everyone who plays. We start Monday 29th September. You can find the details here: https://www.skool.com/the-switch-1077/the-flame-challenge-starts-monday?p=80d9ca91 ๐ŸŽฏ Come join us. Get the ๐Ÿ”ฅ beside your name. Achieve momentum towards your goals.๐Ÿš€ P.S. This isn't about grinding harder. It's about programming yourself to BE the person who follows through naturally. โœจ
How do you move the needle for your members?
That needs to be the number one question you answer: "How am I moving the needle for my members?" If you want to get them closer to their goals, you first have to know what those goals are. And to move the needle, you need to connect with them in some way. Right now, my favorite ways to connect with members are through polls, DMs, and challenges. Polls Polls are fun, fast, and almost impossible to resist. Iโ€™ve found that polls about everyday life or how members approach situations give more valuable insight than business-only questions. For example, I recently threw a โ€œhouse partyโ€ inside my community. I asked: โ€œWhen you walk into a house party, do you head straight to the food table, the dance floor, or the corner with the dog?โ€ Not only did members vote, but the comments made it even better. I discovered who the introverts and extroverts were, who loved animals, and who didnโ€™t. That simple poll gave me a deeper understanding of my membersโ€”which helps me know how to move the needle for them. DMs Iโ€™ve shared my DM strategy before, but hereโ€™s the quick version: I start conversations with the membership request questions. Members are most engaged when theyโ€™re joining, so itโ€™s the perfect time to ask thoughtful questions. Then, I circle back a few days after theyโ€™ve settled in and follow up based on their answers. Itโ€™s a simple way to offer support and build real connections right from the start. Challenges Challenges are your chance to show how you workโ€”with individuals and the group. They create real results because youโ€™re pouring into your membersโ€™ goals alongside them. The best part? You donโ€™t need a lot of people. Even a handful of participants will see you as an authority when you help them get results. And those same people are more likely to buy from you later. These methods are especially powerful if your members are brand new to the platform. Take YouTube viewers, for example. Youโ€™ve invited them into a space theyโ€™ve never used before, so make it easy:
