One small shift can change the feel of an entire day. The next time your kid says, “I’m bored,” resist the urge to solve the problem. Instead, ask, “What could we create with what’s already around us?” That one question turns boredom into curiosity and invites conversation, creativity, and play instead of reaching for another screen. If you’d like a little help thinking of playful ideas in the moment, I built a free Pocket Play Advisor that suggests simple activities using things you probably already have at home. Give it a try, and if you enjoy it, come join us in Connected Through Play for more everyday ideas that make connection easier. @Liisa Reimann yeah, I think the focus on engagement and constant activity is starting to make a less than positive impact, especially on younger humans.

I talk to a lot of people in my Skool community. I see that most people are approaching AI backwards. They think they need to learn 100 different tools or become some kind of tech expert before they can make money with AI. You don’t. A better first step is this: Take one thing you already know how to do and use AI to make it faster, clearer, or more valuable for another person. For example: If you are good at sales or have a sales background help businesses with follow up, offer creation, or sales training. If you are good at writing, help improve emails, website copy, or social posts. If you are organized, help turn messy business notes into checklists, SOPs, or workflows. There aare a lot of AI tools that can help with all of the above. Find 1-2 that you know will help solve a business problem & learn ONLY THISE ONES. But go really deep! Your first AI income idea does not need to be complicated. It just needs to solve a real problem for a real business. That is what I teach inside my Skool community: practical ways regular 9-to-5 workers can use AI to build skills, create income, and work toward more freedom. Come check it out here: https://www.skool.com/danmosaiskool/about?sc=1 What is one skill you already have that AI could help you turn into an offer?

#Breaking News: Decide Once.
When it comes to our health, most of us already know what to do. The challenge isn't knowing. It's consistently DOING what we know. For the habits that you know you’re love the results for sticking with consistently, decide once and put them on non-negotiable auto-pilot. When a habit becomes non-negotiable, you stop wasting energy on the daily negotiation of: "Should I... or shouldn't I?" Instead, you've already decided. Maybe that's: 💪 Strength training 3 mornings each week.(decide what you're doing too, not just when) 🥦🫘🥑🍠 Food prep every Saturday. (ideally you prep versatile building blocks and you know how they'll easily come together into a variety of meals) 💻 Logging off at the same time each evening so you can wind down and get a great night's sleep. Every decision you automate is one less decision that can derail your progress. If you'd like more practical frameworks, healthy plant-based recipes, accountability and a genuinely supportive community, I'd love to welcome you into Plant Positive. 💚

I like how practical you made this. Just do one thing consistently.
#Breaking News 🗞️ Setting Goals!
I shared this tip today with a man who said he didn't know hot to set goals. Here's a simple way to explore that. Give yourself a few minutes with nothing going on, get a pen and paper, take a few deep breathes, then write "I would love to be, do or have...." and let it flow. Write as much as you can for 5 minutes, then read it back and see what really connects with you. You just might discover a goal.
