I've Built the Community. Now Where's the Money? 💰
Let me guess… You've got members. You've got engagement. You've got people showing up. But when it comes to actually converting that into income? Crickets. Here's the truth, building a community and monetising a community are two completely different skills. Most people are great at one and terrible at the other. That's exactly where we come in. Inside our community, we break down the exact conversations, closes, and systems that turn warm audiences into paying clients, consistently. No fluff. No theory. Just real pitch breakdowns, honest feedback, and proven strategies from a sales manager leading a team doing £6.6M+ per year. If you're sitting on a goldmine of an audience and not seeing the returns you deserve, the problem isn't your community. It's the sales execution. And that's completely fixable. 🔥 Come and join us, and let's fix it. 👇

What's Actually Stopping You from Monetising Your Community? 👇
Be honest with yourself for a second. You've built an audience. You've got people who like what you say. Maybe you're even getting engagement. But when it comes to converting that attention into actual income… something isn't clicking. Is it... - You don't know how to lead a conversation toward a sale without feeling pushy? - You're attracting followers but struggling to attract buyers? - People say "I'll think about it", and then disappear? - You've got no real system, so results feel random and inconsistent? Here's the truth most people won't say out loud... Building a community is one skill. Selling inside one is a completely different skill. And most community owners were never taught how to close. Drop your answer in the comments. I'm genuinely interested where the sticking point is for most people here, and I'll give you real, honest feedback. What's your biggest block right now? 👇 If you want to go deeper on converting conversations into income, I run a community specifically built around this 👉 Direct Sales Mastery

"I don't do funnels, I have Skool."
I keep hearing different versions of this. Skool is better than funnels. I don't need a funnel, Skool covers it. Etc. Etc. And it's just not true. If you're trying to attract people to your community, engage with them when they get there, and guide them towards an upgrade or paid offer — you DO do funnels. You're just maybe not seeing it. And the same principles apply. A funnel is a guided decision path — not a template, not pretty pages, not a specific platform like ClickFunnels or Go High Level. Or even Skool. A funnel helps your ideal client navigate from where they are (stuck, frustrated, annoyed, bewildered) to where they want to be (successful, happy, calm, clear). You still need: 💥 A spark — something that inspires people to join your free community 🔥 A flame — a reason for new members to become buyers ❤️‍🔥 A blaze — a mechanism for those buyers who want to go deeper 🌟 Glowing embers — a reason for folks to stick around And if one of those layers isn’t working? The whole thing feels broken. So if you’re thinking: “I don’t need a funnel, I have Skool” ... you're probably leaving a whole bunch of opportunity and money on the table.🤷‍♀️ In Funnel Forensics we unravel all the different funnel stages as they relate to Skool. So you can find your gaps and leaks... and address them. Join us!

@Ronda Del Boccio It's funny how sales is what ultimately saves the customer from their current discomfort, but always gets a bad rap 🤣 Too many stigma's attached to it.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster Completely agree. The art is to make it their idea 🔥
Sales Isn’t What You Think…
When most people hear the word sales, they picture pushy pitches, awkward conversations, and slick-talking professionals convincing people to buy things they don’t need. But the truth? Sales isn’t about pressure, it’s about people. It’s not about manipulation. It’s about understanding. It’s not about talking more. It’s about listening better. And it’s not about forcing decisions. It’s about helping someone make the right one. Every day, you’re already selling: - Convincing a friend to try a new restaurant - Persuading a colleague to support your idea - Demonstrating your value in a job interview Sales is simply the art of communication, trust, and service. Master it, and you don’t just increase your income, you expand your influence and opportunities in every area of life. The biggest surprise? The best salespeople aren’t pushy… they’re helpful. That’s exactly the philosophy behind Direct Sales Mastery. Redefining what it truly means to sell. So let me ask you… what’s the first word that comes to mind when you hear “sales”? 👇

@Liisa Reimann 100%! Pressure and sleaze is just bad sales. Help the customer to make an informed choice… It won’t be uncomfortable for either party, you’ll sell more, and the customer will thank you for it 🔥
The leads aren't the problem 👀
I've seen it a thousand times. Someone grinding through call after call, convinced they just need more leads, a bigger list, more people in the pipeline. But more of the same conversations getting the same results isn't a volume problem. It's a conversion problem. When you fix that, everything changes. Suddenly the leads you already have start turning into deals you were leaving on the table. Your income shifts without your diary getting any busier. You stop chasing and start closing. That's the moment sales stops feeling like a slog and starts feeling like something you're genuinely good at. That's what we're building inside Direct Sales Mastery. A community for Skool owners and salepeople who are done with theory and ready to actually perform. Real pitch breakdowns. Honest feedback. Strategies that work in the real world, from someone still doing it at the highest level. 🔥 You don't need more leads. You need to make the ones you have count. 💬 What's one deal you lost recently that deep down you know you should have closed? What happened?
