What ONE change, system, or habit has had the biggest impact on your community? Was it: - Better onboarding? - Live calls? - Challenges? - Gamification (leaderboards, streaks, rewards)? - Clearer offers? - Or something else entirely? I’ve been testing different approaches around engagement, accountability, and helping members actually get results (not just “join and lurk” 😅), and it’s wild how small tweaks can make a big difference. What a Day! 🔥
So, we started the day off with a "Sunday Skool Spotlight" call, where we put a community member on stage to educate us on their community. I'm glad that call alone has increased her membership, and gained her community some well deserved attention 👌 This afternoon, we are already several new members in and onboarded. Showing some great signs of getting the results the community are looking for. This evening, I'll be on a call with one of my community to optimise my funnel. Spotlight? 👀
Do you spotlight your members on live calls… or do you keep the mic mostly for yourself? One of the biggest shifts I’ve seen in my own community is this: When members get the spotlight: - to share wins - to talk through blockers - to show what they’re building …engagement goes through the roof. People stop feeling like “an audience” and start acting like owners of the space. I’m experimenting with different ways to do this on live calls: - short member spotlights - hot-seat style feedback - quick wins + accountability check-ins What’s working for you? 👉 Do you spotlight members on your calls? 👉 If yes, what format gets the best engagement? 👉 If not, what’s been the blocker? I’m building out more of this inside The Prosperity Network with founders who actually want participation, not just passive members. Are You Brave Enough to be Honest? 👀
What’s the one thing you’re procrastinating on in your community right now? Posting consistently? Starting conversations? Launching that challenge you keep thinking about? Actually showing up on camera? I'm not here to judge, we’ve all been there. Funny thing is, once you take that first small action, momentum usually follows. That’s something I see a lot inside of my community, The Prosperity Network. Progress doesn’t come from doing everything, just from doing something. I’ve stopped chasing big communities. Honestly… I don’t care about vanity numbers anymore. My new measure of success is active members. People showing up. Posting. Joining calls. Taking action. Getting results. I’d rather have 50 people moving than 500 watching silently. That’s how real momentum gets built, and it’s exactly how we’re growing inside The Prosperity Network.
