If You Are New Here…
I have been in the program since March; I did the five day workshop and then the 6 week program. If you are patient, watch the classes, do the worksheets, and don’t let the technical issues get you down, you WILL find help through this program. You will get insights into who you are and how your brain works that will blow your mind. I’ve spent decades (I’m 66) looking for the answers Jim’s program has helped me discover. I’ve worked with life coaches, counselors, therapists, neurologists, brain injury specialist, etc. NONE of them were able to help me in the ways this program has. I am different in several positive ways because I’m making the necessary changes and following these protocols.

Poison Ivy issue is getting worse again. Couldn’t sleep. Got up around 2am to deal with the itching and couldn’t’ get back to sleep for a several hours. Slept in till 9 am. Woke up with a horrible headache. Getting as much protein as I can this morning. Beautiful weather, sitting on the deck in the sun, and then under an umbrella when it got too hot. Hope to get into the studio today to sort more and do something creative. Need to figure out how to get more natural light in the room so my brain doesn’t hate it in there so much. How old?
Just wondering how old people were when they discovered they had ADHD. I am 58 and I have found out more about myself and why I feel the way I do which is an eye opener. I think my dad may also have ADHD and he is 87. I don’t know if it’s something that he would be interested in but he does have some of the “traits” I just wondered if there are people older than 87 who have just discovered themselves.
