Had a big day at a theme park with the kids. My daughter got stung by a wasp, fell hard, and needed a lot of care. I came home completely drained. Was tempted to watch video 2, but Sage reminded me: are you doing this for yourself, or because you feel behind? Answer was honest. Going to sleep. 😴🌙

Thanks to a comment from Cathy, I got inspired to search for easy dopamine hits in my house 🏠rock😁 @Cathy A Castagna : "Plug the energy leaks, banish the obvious distractions, look for new dopamine hits from the substraction successes...etc etc...." So for those that have a 🪨 What are your easy wins for today?! Mine is a bag of children's clothes ready to go to charity. And I'm holding myself accountable to get it there today!!!! Therefore I already posted this as a win!!!! There's no turning back now!!!
