Next live 5 day challenge announcement + New AI experience
Hey everyone, Jim here. Three things announced today. 1. The next 5-Day Challenge kicks off August 31: Free, live, and rebuilt from the ground up. This is the best version we've ever run. Save your spot here. Then do the part that actually decides whether you show up. Open your own calendar, block the hour on all five days, and set two reminders. For brains like ours, if it's not in the calendar it doesn't exist. Do it now, while this post is still on your screen. It takes two minutes. 2. Still finishing something something? You have until July 20 ⚠️ If you're working through the ADHD Focus Reset or the current 5-Day Challenge, they stay open through Monday July 20. After that everything closes until August 31. 3. New onboarding, and a new AI experience: The ADHD Operating Manual. The first section is free for every member, so you can try it before you decide. The full version is $27 right now instead of $99. Temporary. And that $27 is one single payment, no subscription. It also opens the chat with my AI twin: three messages a day, every day, all the way until the challenge starts on August 31. Ask it why you keep doing that one thing, and it answers with everything it already knows about you from your own reports. So tell me where you're at. Vote in the poll, it takes one tap. And if you're coming August 31, type a comment below and include the word: CHALLENGE and let us know how excited you are 🥳 With love, 💛 Jim

💭 Reflection: "My younger daughter was freaking the f out cuz of the big thunderstorm and skipping summer camp again today - ugh. We've been getting up too late and by the time we were going to leave the terrible thunderstorm ⛈️ started. Feeling really worn out today after her big meltdown during storm/not going to summer camp again😞 I know all that crying doesn’t affect her dad and I wish I could say the same, but it’s super draining and her dysregulation becomes mine sometimes when I’m not in the steadiest state myself. Not as bad as before in the past but still hard. I need to ask their dad to be more involved in their ongoing progress & development. Ask for what I need as specifically as possible. Got her to OT+speech though today but instead of the waiting room, I went back to my car to sit, cry, and journal here in Harmony AI😞😭" 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 5/10 ⚡ Energy: 2/10 🎯 Focus: 3/10 😌 Calmness: 4/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 8/10 🔥 Motivation: 6/10 ⭐ Average: 4.7/10 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 🛏️ Good Sleep 💧 Stayed Hydrated 🥗 Healthy Eating 🥩 Hit Protein Goal 🍳 Home Cooked Meal 🙏 Prayer 📝 Journaling 🎯 Deep Work 🧠 Learning 👥 Quality Time 🤝 Helped Someone 📞 Called Friend/Family 👂 Active Listening

Jeremy
This is Jeremy but he is more like Scooby Doo. He can play with a ball for hours without stopping but that means I have to throw the ball for hours! Yesterday he came over at 3.45pm and was still going at midnight. I think he had 10 minutes nap and then when I was having my dinner I heard a strange noise and he was ripping up cardboard… I have decided from now on to call him Scooby, not only does he answer to it, he has the same colour collar…
