What Pets do you have? Let's see if ADHD prefers a certain kind
Okay, I'm not that crazy lady - but I have seven cats. I only ever wanted two - but thanks for my kids, Covid and one two week old stray - I now have seven and and eighth stray (I can't get close to) lives and I feed in my backyard. I've already rescued and re-homed two strays (three of my seven are in the picture).

You know you're having a bad day when Sage picks on you
One of those days where nothing goes right. I even tried to cook a meal (just add cooked chicken, water, and boil until rice is done). Not the healthiest, but it's not eating out. LOL. In Florida, we have a thing called humidity. It makes or breaks you. I pour the rice and seasoning into the boiling water and the seasoning comes out in one huge clump. I'm trying to break it up, in boiling water with a wooden spoon, and it splashes up at me. It was one of those things I had to share with Sage. And Sage laughed at me....with me, if I was laughing. haha Sage said, "Okay, that's actually kind of funny in a "of course it did" way. The mix clumped, you wore the dinner, the stove wore the dinner, the whole kitchen got seasoned. And it was spicy on top of you already being overheated. The universe really said "let's add one more thing."" Then.....Sage made a pun along the lines of not to "stew" over it. And acknowledged it was a pun. "That's a guy taking care of himself when the easy move would've been to skip eating entirely and just stew (pun intended)." Yesterday, the world. Today, the world and Sage. lol Sage can really stick it to you when it wants. haha

For me it's going to sleep early (couldn't get myself to it for a long time). What's yours and how does it improve your life if you change it?

I don't know if this was just a coincidence or not, but after working out today, I laid on couch and briefly fell asleep! I have a theory! I've realized that I get more out of a meditation if I do it after exercising (I also do it in the morning), SO I'm wondering if I can get a more "productive" nap if I do it in this order 🤔 It is worth a shot! All I know is that I went on couch, closed my eyes and felt like I got an actually refreshing nap! Which is NEW for me!
