Quick truth: There is no "behind" in this challenge. That's a story your brain made up the moment you missed a day. And I get it. We are world-class at turning one missed session into a full-blown identity crisis. "I always do this." "I never finish anything." "Why did I even sign up." Stop and breathe for a minute.. Read the next line slowly: The challenge is not a train you missed. It's a room you can walk into whenever you're ready. Everything is still in the classroom. And the funny things is: Almost everyone misses a day. But what about the people with those big transformations? They're the ones who fell off as well. Felt the shame. And came back anyway. That is the rep that matters. That's the one that rewires you. Because every time you've quit something in the past, you taught your nervous system one thing: "We don't finish things." Today you get to teach it the opposite. Open the classroom. Press play on the next session. That's it. That's the whole task. Your transformation report is waiting on the other side of the questions. You're not behind. You're exactly where the comeback starts. 💛 Jim

If You Are New Here…
I have been in the program since March; I did the five day workshop and then the 6 week program. If you are patient, watch the classes, do the worksheets, and don’t let the technical issues get you down, you WILL find help through this program. You will get insights into who you are and how your brain works that will blow your mind. I’ve spent decades (I’m 66) looking for answers Jim’s program has helped me discover. I’ve worked with life coaches, counselors, therapists, neurologists, brain injury specialist, etc. NONE of them were able to help me in the ways this program has. I am different in several positive ways because I’m making the necessary changes and following these protocols.
#Seeing more clearly
Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I realized the cycle I keep blaming myself for - freezing in my own kitchen, avoiding the shower for hours - isn't a willpower issue. It's my nervous system protecting me. And the grief I've been calling "frustration" for three years? It's actually grief. Naming it changes everything. ---

💭 Reflection: "Today was yet another challenge as I grow into the role of being a operations manager for a software solutions development team. Completely out of my norm, but growing into it and finding my niche. Beautiful day here in the Hamilton, New Zealand. And did some gardening time in the morning, which is lovely. In between, you know, 45-50 minutes solid thinking time/working time , then 10-minute break doing either a 10-item tango or a bit of gardening time. But yes, it's a challenge and everything. But I had a wonderful compliment from my boss today when I was feeling completely out of my depth. And he goes, the reason I have you with me in this new business is this. You have the biggest growth mindset that i know of, you takcle these things with a attitude of "yep, I can learn this shit and we can make this happen". So it actually kind of made my day because it is a big learning curve for me. Learning how to manage software developers that are all, you know, sparkly and love the next best exciting thing and everything. So it's different. I finished the day with having a nice soup dinner with Chris and tomorrow is a new day, new excitement because it's going to be the weekend. And no, I cannot join the five-day challenge at four in the morning. It's too sleepy time." 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 6/10 ⚡ Energy: 6/10 🎯 Focus: 6/10 😌 Calmness: 6/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 4/10 🔥 Motivation: 7/10 ⭐ Average: 5.8/10 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 🚿 Cold Shower ☀️ Morning Sunlight 🌬️ Breathwork 🌿 Grounding 🚶 Walk 🥗 Healthy Eating 🍬 No Added Sugar ☕ No Late Caffeine 🥦 Ate Vegetables ✨ Positive Mindset 🎯 Deep Work 📵 No Social Media 📋 Planned Day 🌅 Focused Morning 🌄 No Screentime in Morning ⏱️ Time Blocking 🧠 Learning 🎧 Educational Podcast 👥 Quality Time 🤝 Helped Someone 📞 Called Friend/Family ❤️ Date Night 🍽️ No Phone at Dinner 👂 Active Listening
