🏆 Pre-Challenge Giveaway
Your engagement literally helps people find us. Our activity in this community directly impacts how ADHD Harmony shows up in Skool's Discovery. That's the search engine people use to find communities like ours. The way it works is simple, the more we engage (likes, comments, posts), the higher we rank. The higher we rank, the more people searching for ADHD support actually find us. So when you drop a like on someone's post or leave a comment, you're not just supporting that person. You're helping someone out there who's still looking for their people actually find this place. Now, many of you already know I'm doing giveaways during the challenge. But I decided to add a little something before we kick off: the 10 people with the highest 7-day activity and the top 10 on the 7-day leaderboard before the challenge starts on April 27 will win community credits to use as discounts on our offerings: 🥇 Place 1-3: $150 community credit 🥈 Place 4-6: $100 community credit 🥉 Place 7-10: $50 community credit One important thing: I've seen other communities try to game this by spamming random posts and comments just to farm points. That's not what we're about. The goal is always value and connection. Share something real, ask a genuine question, support someone's post because it resonated with you. Spam will be removed. View leaderboards: https://www.skool.com/adhd/-/leaderboards Here's how the leaderboard works: https://help.skool.com/article/31-how-do-points-and-levels-work Besides your leaderboard score, I'll also be looking at whether you're actively supporting others. So liking and commenting on other people's posts matters just as much. So go like stuff, comment on things, share your wins, and ask questions. It all counts, and it all helps. Let's make some noise before we even get started 🔥

Still Going Strong
Just wanted to give a little UPDATE. I'm a member from the First Challenge and Cohort who was basically living the same day, day in & day out before ADHD Harmony came into my life. I basically sat at the computer most mornings, and in front of the tv most afternoons and evenings, doing a little housework in between. It's been about 2 months since our cohort ended and I just wanted to say how good I am doing in so many areas! I went from decluttering just one countertop in my kitchen, during the first cohort, to all the kitchen and bathroom counters, to decluttering and organizing my craft room (still working on it), to decluttering and organizing my garage (I can actually see floorspace and get to my equipment now). All the outdoor chores I ignored last year (or maybe even for 2 years) I started doing as soon as we got good weather days, and I have continued to methodically work outdoors anytime the weather has permitted. Today I mowed my back acreage in one sitting (this usually takes me 2-3 days). Now I often go without extended computer or tv time until after 5pm when I am just mentally at capacity, and ready to tune out for the day. I am so happy to be engaging in life again, rather than just spinning my wheels all day, everyday. I still have lots of work to do in many areas of my life, I still get overwhelmed by too much decision making at once, I still start to spiral sometimes (but my 3-minute protocol grounds me). This program has changed my life in so many ways! Thank you Jim, and everyone who has shared in my journey.
School
I remember when the school reports used to come out, it always said “if Linda were to stop chatting …” Or “if she was to concentrate …” or “she finds it hard to pay attention…” This was back in the 1980’s and at that time no-one thought about suggesting attention deficit disorder. Way back when I was around the age of 7, I remember the school had a remedial class, for the “slow” kids and horrible words were thrown about that they were stupid. Schools were for average kids and if you couldn’t keep up then you fell behind. I don’t know if they recognised kids with learning difficulties at all. I really feel for the kids that went to my daughters’ school because if things had not changed much from when I was at school. The system is not much different and there should be more places that encourage other skills. Luckily my youngest daughter had the opportunity to go to a performing arts school where it was not about the results but finding what the child excelled at. She is now a makeup artist and although she can do most things she loves the horror side of it. If we hadn’t found out about her anxiety and AuDhd then who knows what she would be now.
