Hi Everyone👋 Never done anything like this before. How does this all work? What do I do to get started? I have struggled with ADHD all my life. Always knew I was different from people but I accepted that over time...it made me unique from other people, BUT have struggled my whole life with it being a highly sensitive person that was in survival mode since I was a young child has caused a shut down of my nervous system currently and I am not coping very well at all. I am hoping this is something legit and that it can help me find myself😵‍💫
