🚨 DOORS CLOSING SOON - 6 weeks from now, your life could look like this.
I could spend hours telling you what the 6 week program "Reinvent your ADHD Life" is. I'd rather show you. Below is Cohort 3 on the day they completed the 6-week program, sharing, in their own words, what changed. Just 42 days earlier, they were sitting where you might be today: overwhelmed, skeptical, exhausted, or wondering if anything would finally stick. Now it's their turn to tell the story. If you're wondering whether this could be the right next step for you, start here. More information → Thank you to everyone in Cohort 3 and our continuation members for your courage, honesty, and willingness to share your journey. Your stories will help more people than you know. Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.
Turning it around
Tonight was a bit rough. After a week off due to my injury, I went back to 3 days of 2-3 hour rehearsals in a row. I was determined to go in on this 3rd day and have smiles. I even put my hair up in a funky weird messy bun kind of thing lol. I put my negative thoughts and fears into a box (imaginary), and set it down in the hallway outside of the studio room. It started off great! About 1.5 hours in, pain was setting in and being distracting. By hour 3, I was a mess, and started tearing myself down. And, yes, tears came at the end. But, I forgot, that I did both dances full out several times. It was the first time that I fully did the floorwork parts in 2 weeks since my injury. I was so stuck in my frustration and anger with myself for struggling through the last hour, when I actually pushed myself through the first 2 hours and did it pretty well! Why is it so hard to be less hard on ourselves? The bad parts glow bright and diminish the good parts. Just got to keep reminding myself of the good parts. I hope that all of you here remember to think of the good parts. ❤️
Day 1 ADHD Focus Reset
I decided to jump onto this Reset as I was working through the first few days of ADHD Harmony but was still feeling really stuck every morning. The cheap dopamine addiction makes a lot of sense. So now begins the task of training myself to search out earned dopamine. If it makes me feel better instead of waking up with a dread I can't shake - totally worth it. I had a cold shower at the end of my shower just now. I installed Opal and am learning my way around that app. Today is already a different day. Giving myself a grace period to change my habits as I know I've taken on a lot at once and overwhem is an always present danger. Template below: I completed day 1 of the ADHD Focus Reset My intention is to get my bedroom tidied, passport application found duvet sorted as well as adding in daily movement in the next few days My top 3 triggers are: overwhelm, insomnia, my phone I am picking level: 1, and some of 2 My mood today: 5 My focus score today: 4 Optional reflection/win: I feel some excitement having a plan, but also apprehension about all the big changes
