I decided to jump onto this Reset as I was working through the first few days of ADHD Harmony but was still feeling really stuck every morning. The cheap dopamine addiction makes a lot of sense. So now begins the task of training myself to search out earned dopamine. If it makes me feel better instead of waking up with a dread I can't shake - totally worth it.
I had a cold shower at the end of my shower just now. I installed Opal and am learning my way around that app. Today is already a different day. Giving myself a grace period to change my habits as I know I've taken on a lot at once and overwhem is an always present danger.
