📅 Daily Check-in - May 31, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Wow. It's been a full on day where the 3-minute Come Back protocol was developed. I felt emotionally drained as things that were buried for years and years finally started resurfacing again (although they do surface from time to time usually to ruminate over and create a spiral downwards). I had quality family time with my brother and two of his three sons where we shared a few laughs which lit me up and my soul truly felt rejuvenated again. Gone well past my bedtime but that's ok. Tomorrow is going to be another day and I wont focus on the severe weather warnings around the place - I'm going to make the most of my inside time. 📅 Daily Check-in - May 30, 2026 💭 Reflection: "I finally went out and did my errands. Once I got my butt moving, everything worked out. To give myself a push, I asked my dear close friend (neighbour) if she wanted to come with me. She was tired and did not get much sleep the night before. I just said, well, if you want to get a little fresh air, I'm going to the store in and out. However, if you need something, I can pick it up for you... she decided to come. I was happy to have company. Once back home. I had energy to work on my project and did not see the time go by. My friend texted me later and said that she gained energy and had done laundry, washed her floors, and cleaned her house. Only lately have I discovered that moving just a little bit, a change of scenery, really helped me with focus, clarity, and sharpness for my project... I saw true progress. Woohoo!
