Just did the first part of my Operating Manual and finally saw it: the problem was never that I "can't focus or think or talk," it's that I've been graded on the one channel that fails me while my real door - saying things out loud - was open the whole time. Even spotted how my phone hijacks my best learning by pointing it at a screen instead of at Korean.
