Day 3 reflection
Just got partway through this assessment and realized the voice calling me "a disappointment" was never actually mine - I inherited it. The proof? I'm the same person who showed up every single week for a grandchild everyone else gave up on. Turns out I can follow through. I just do it for everyone but myself.

Yesterday during the Cohort 3 Q&A we had a fascinating discussion about dopamine, procrastination, sleep, focus, social media, Netflix binges, gaming, and why we sometimes struggle to do the things we actually want to do. Multiple members shared that when they reduce the constant stimulation for a few days, they: - Sleep better - Feel calmer - Focus easier - Stop procrastinating as much - Feel more connected to themselves So I'm considering organizing a 3-Day Dopamine Detox Challenge for the ADHD Harmony community. I am interested in joining. Like many others, I have a love-hate or need/want relationship with my phone. I need it for work and there are several useful, needed, fulfilling apps on it, but I am definitely easy prey for doom scrolling and lost hours. Would love to hear more.
