Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.
Not really....
So not agreeing with the Ai here..... "Just finished my first section of Week 1 and realized what I've been calling self-sabotage is actually a freeze response - my system protecting me from losing something good again. Naming that changed how I see the whole pattern." Renaming it did nothing for me. First coming here and learning things and also stuff the Ai summarized/analyzed from the 5 fay Focus reset(that what I first did withthe Ikigai etc) was helpful in not feeling bad for behaving the way I did. But calling it freeze instead of self sabotage is 0% consolidation.

Back in my first Cohort, Week 1 gave me one tiny thing, that I still do every single day: I sit down. And I actually drink my tea. 🫖 Not standing at the counter. Not while folding laundry.
