Well, the updated backend training programme is nearly complete
I will put the new stages 0 -1 -2 and the changes I have made for review and suggestions/explanations
The changes include the specific clavicle and scapula activation drills for general mobility, but also rehab and clinical focus (i.e., MS and neuro impairment) These have been developed based on feedback on strength and stability outcomes from various group testing different protocols (not skool members) and additional research.
So I appreciate any feedback and questions that you have.
Most of you have gone through the initial Phases and are in Phase 3, but that gives you the opportunity to evaluate further and possibly try the other Phases to see if you notice any difference. Any help required regarding rescheduling workouts and types will also be covered.
Some parts will be more relevant to each individual than others
Phase 3 hasn't changed other than general feedback updates and a regression option suggested by You all know by now my focus on the Scapula Plane of motion and clavicular movement, which drives scapula position.
There will also be a similar focus on the lower body, Female-specific pelvis, hip, and knee will also be added , , This gets me onto the final skool sections
Peptides
Supplements
and specifically Body Fat Loss
Because if you don't know what is required, and how to
Mobilise FFAs
Transport and
Oxidise them
They will be re-esterified within 2 to 4 minutes.
Thanks

An update from me, and a "Thank You" to the 9 of you who got here first
When I opened WHWIDO on 1 March, I had no idea who would show up.
Nine of you did.
Some have posted, asked questions, used the app, told me what worked and what did not, and most importantly, you put the methodology to work on your own bodies.
Some have supported without and that's fine
That is the only reason WHWIDO exists in the shape it is now.
But it needs to be better so -
Some things are potentially changing in August.
I want you to hear them from me first, before any of it goes public in other skool forums if allowed.
What is changing. WHWIDO is publicly re launching in August, if all goes to plan.
The community is moving to a freemium model — a free tier for general discussion, and a paid tier for the programme, the app, supplements, peptides, and Q&A with me.
The programme itself has been rebuilt, improved and expanded to include—
Phases 1 through 4, the Pre-Programme Foundations layer, Post-Programme Independence, and a new Pre-Neurological Orientation pathway for members with MS, neurological conditions, or injury rehab needs.
This has been developed to offer an alternative to the current NHS MS protocols.
The new pricing — for new members from August.
$12 per month, or $120 per year, or $240 for lifetime access.
Lifetime is capped at the first 100 members and then closes for good.
What is not changing — for you.
You are the original 9. Your founder pricing of $4 per month or $40 per year is locked for life, or until you cancel.
That is non-negotiable and I will not be changing it now or ever.
You will get full access to everything that is being built.
The new programme content, the rebuilt phases, the new pathways, the peptides section, the supplements section — all of it. Same price you joined at.
Why I am doing it this way?.
You took a chance on something that was 10 weeks old with no public profile.
That has a value to me that is not measured in monthly revenue.
You stay at founder pricing because that is the honest thing to do, and because you have been part of building this.
Anything else would be wrong.
If you have any questions about any of this — about what is changing, about the new content coming, about anything — or content that you would like adding - drop them below or DM me.
I would rather answer them properly than have anyone guessing.
Thank you. Genuinely. This is happening because of you.
