As you all know, I said I would raise the group price for new members ( founders are locked) on Oct 1st. I thought keeping it at $40 would encourage more people to join, but it doesn't seem to have helped. Adding detailed content is extremely time-consuming. But I can't make myself produce the shit that everyone else doing this sort of thing seems happy with. Thoughts anyone?

Fashionably late to this thread. Not due to a lack of care for the group , it's host and the success of both , more because I know my talents and shortfalls and knew the right man for the job would emerge and present uncomfortable truths , sagely, respectfully and in such a fashion that the advice would not vex @Shaun Womersley unduly , but rather could be fashioned into a tool to beat a path to greatness Fantastic job there richard , hat doffed. I'm genuinely clueless on digital platform marketing and brand building but for the priceless foundational advice Ive had , my support is an absolute given. I have to feel that Some well chosen podcast collaborations would allow your star to ascend Shaun ? You are a good speaker and that redoubtable Yorkshire charm confers trustworthyness in spades. How about a slot on one of the ' think big bodybuilding ' shows? You know Dave crosland and I doubt it'd take much to convince that your novel ideas and great educational background would make for an interesting chat ? Maybe Alan reeves ? Some meat in the intersection of that venn diagram surely ? Or go on Jeff's nippards one and get 7 million views lol . I think there's a great book within you too . Id buy it for sure . Especially a digital version that could exist as a living document to be updated and refreshed as any new ideas and research emerge? Just a couple of my usual stream of consciousness musings , spinning out like fractals into this universe of yours . Your great ideas and personal qualities deserve success it's just cracking the code somehow isn't it

Dramatic digital renderingblike this of how to set up scapular plane would be awesome but how the heck do you do those unless you're joe90 https://www.instagram.com/p/Ddt9CXLFHxo/?stkn=MXMzNWl4dTd3OTZ0eQ==
Reta Update week2
So taking last week as my starting week (Monday) i started off at a small dose of 0.6mg - this week i went up to 1mg and this is where ill be staying for a few weeks - day one - my head knew i had to eat, but i didnt feel like anything so its kinda taking that enjoyment out of it - im normally focused on whats for tea or whats for dinner and looking forward to a big feed at some point in the day - instead i had 3 basic meals to see if i could handle not eating anymore after - 250g of lean mince and 3 boiled eggs for the first meal, once this was eaten i had no interest in eating anymore food and was satisfied that the food i had was good enough - Next meal was the same, the 3rd meal i needed to add some fat as on chekcing my total energy pills for the day was well below what i should be eating - so to bump up my energy pills i added tallow and some cheese - to my last meal, this would also help fuel my next days running, woke up this morning and felt spot on - so went on a good trail run just under 10 miles up and down hills and stuff - was a bit brutal on the hills but thats to be expected, who likes hills ? anyway i had loads in the tank to give it a little push on the last few K - recovery from this - i got to the car and had a bottle of water with electrolytes, felt spot on - i felt empty but not hungry - i then had to go get some bloods done for my cholesterol - done these came back but i wasnt overly hungry, but it was already prepped - i decided to have it and scoffed it with salt and water as well - next meal will be the same mince and eggs - and important is my last meal - again added extra fat to it again to feul tomorrow morning activitys in the gym - so yesterday and today have been pretty good and ive felt different - i also seem to be getting more REM and more deep sleep - time will tell on that thou - so overall the 2nd week so far is sound - finally something that helps me with food noise - its not nice having to deal with food issues as i just want to be kinda normal - so for me its helping - but its still early days - i will continue to update you all and bore the life out of you

don't be in a rush to escalate dose . 1mg might be all you ever need. and if you move up quick when you don't need to , it leaves you nowhere to go without potentially higher sides

@Shaun Womersley ^ its easier herding cats than trying to get me to stick to anything , but i do listen ^

Mitochondrial Fix Protocol
So I thought I'd document what I'm up to as I've felt crap for many years overall, sometimes just a little niggle. This is the protocol from https://derekpruski.substack.com/p/energy-peptides-course-complete-mitochondrial?utm_source=publication-search Realistic expectations by phase: Week 2-4 (Post-FOX04): - Slight improvement in baseline energy - Reduced inflammation feeling - Foundation cleaned Week 6 (End of SS-31 phase): - 20-40% better mitochondrial function - Noticeably better workouts - Improved recovery Week 10 (End of MOTS-c addition): - This is the big jump - Metabolic flexibility restored - Energy dramatically more stable - Fasted training comfortable - 50-70% total improvement from baseline Week 14 (End of NAD+ addition): - Mental clarity peaked - Full optimization beginning - 70-85% total improvement from baseline Week 20 (Full optimization maintained): - Peak benefits - 85-95% total improvement from baseline - New normal established - Can maintain or adjust as needed

Things can only get Retaaaaaa
I've lost access to a thread elsewhere where I documented my journey with retatrutide so I thought I'd continue it here. It should always have been here tbh because the success im having with it is completely down to the excellent advice I've had from the man , the myth the legend, @Shaun Womersley It's only fair that present and future members here get to see how much a suitably qualified and capable advisor, I recommend Shaun unequivocally, can steer you in the right direction. So I began April the 8th with the following stats Weight 95.6kg Waist 38" Chest 48" Arms 17 1/2 Leg 26 1/2 Today I'm at Weight 80kg Waist 33 3/4 Chest 46" Arms 16 3/4 Legs 24 1/4 Okay I've lost a little muscle it would appear, however I'm in replacement dose try during this , wheres before I was running test a little higher ( still within human ranges ) but using the old dbol so there would have been some bloat in the first set of measurements. I'm hugely happy with the progress on appearance as a now look like ( and am ) a relatively fit and in shape bloke not a beer monster. It's really effective stuff if you can get into the mindset to go low and slow ( I was a diva a out this to begin with admittedly) In hunger free , have great energy and feel great. Stop me before I start looking like Kelly Osbourne but at this point I can't recommend this stuff , and the big homie Shaun , enough. Now I'm going out sprinting. Which if I did it when I weighed 95 kg , I think my hooves might have fallen off Dose as per Shaun was 0.5 mg first two weeks to acclimatise , then 1mg and my personal choice was not to go higher as it's enough to tickle this fat loss along with zero side effects and it means I get ten weeks out of a ten mg vial which isn't bad for a life changing result ( less than a tenner a week for the source I used )

As usual this substack is solid https://derekpruski.substack.com/p/why-weight-loss-gets-harder-during?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=1vqa8f
