Things can only get Retaaaaaa
I've lost access to a thread elsewhere where I documented my journey with retatrutide so I thought I'd continue it here. It should always have been here tbh because the success im having with it is completely down to the excellent advice I've had from the man , the myth the legend, @Shaun Womersley It's only fair that present and future members here get to see how much a suitably qualified and capable advisor, I recommend Shaun unequivocally, can steer you in the right direction. So I began April the 8th with the following stats Weight 95.6kg Waist 38" Chest 48" Arms 17 1/2 Leg 26 1/2 Today I'm at Weight 80kg Waist 33 3/4 Chest 46" Arms 16 3/4 Legs 24 1/4 Okay I've lost a little muscle it would appear, however I'm in replacement dose try during this , wheres before I was running test a little higher ( still within human ranges ) but using the old dbol so there would have been some bloat in the first set of measurements. I'm hugely happy with the progress on appearance as a now look like ( and am ) a relatively fit and in shape bloke not a beer monster. It's really effective stuff if you can get into the mindset to go low and slow ( I was a diva a out this to begin with admittedly) In hunger free , have great energy and feel great. Stop me before I start looking like Kelly Osbourne but at this point I can't recommend this stuff , and the big homie Shaun , enough. Now I'm going out sprinting. Which if I did it when I weighed 95 kg , I think my hooves might have fallen off Dose as per Shaun was 0.5 mg first two weeks to acclimatise , then 1mg and my personal choice was not to go higher as it's enough to tickle this fat loss along with zero side effects and it means I get ten weeks out of a ten mg vial which isn't bad for a life changing result ( less than a tenner a week for the source I used )

@Gary Le Rosbifs I’m cold enough on cardio days I don’t need a cold shower 🀣. I herd the shivering burns energy at a high rate as well 🀣
Peptides Routine Start
Hello All, I've just started my new journey in the Peptides world, I've been researching it a lot and I think these tools can help me with endurance and rebuilding my body to how it should be (due to many years of abuse), I'm not after a quick fix and i don't mind waiting things out, I don't really need to lose any weight, even thou weight is a farce 🀣, i do however want to get down to 15 percent body fat, I'm currently sitting at about 19/20 - so here goes here is my stack so far : Weeks 1-3: BPC-157 + TB-500 + SS-31. Repair the foundation first. Week 3+: Add MOTS-c on ruck days. Build on the clean base. So a recap : BPC-157 β€” because I don’t stop training I train every day, no rest days. That means my joints, tendons, and gut are constantly taking a beating with no built-in recovery. BPC-157 helps drive blood flow, speeds up tendon repair, and keeps inflammation down. It also helps the gut, which matters when you’re training fasted at stupid o’clock and rucking heavy every other day. For me, this isn’t a bonus β€” it’s maintenance. Post gym, every session β€” 500mcg. TB-500 β€” because recovery isn’t just local BPC handles the specific injury sites. TB-500 works across the whole body. It helps with cell repair, reduces scar tissue, and deals with that accumulated fatigue you get from constant training. Stacked together, this is the Wolverine Stack β€” and the whole point is you actually recover instead of just grinding yourself into the ground. Every other gym day, evening β€” 2.5mg. SS-31 β€” fix the engine first This is different. SS-31 works at the mitochondrial level β€” basically repairing the energy system inside your cells. Simple way to look at it: if your engine is damaged, no amount of training or food fixes that properly. For me, this matters. I’m older, I’ve had metabolic issues in the past, and that kind of stress leaves damage behind even after you’ve cleaned everything up. This is about fixing the foundation so everything else actually works better. Ill then add in MOTsC in a few weeks

Just to update on this - ive removed the Peppers from my routine now and im seeing if my body can handle life without them - so far so good, my energy levels are the same really - but one thing i notice with the MOTsC is it makes things a bit easier - kinda hard to explain - i also tried NAD+ and wasted my money to feel like crap haha - so now i dont do anything and apart from the Motsc giving me that extra energy thingy - i dont think i need them for a while .. good tools thou

Content Going Forward
I never envisioned doing this, because I assumed that even if people were not members, they would at least make a voluntary Kofi donation for the extensive amount of information and time given. But sadly No. My Dad was right once again - I have too much faith in human nature 😁 To date (including group members ) I have answered over 48 peoples DMs for information, advice, help, links to various suppliers, dexa, blood testing etc and more I had Ai work out the timeframes for doing so excluding group members - the total time well over 200 hours for Fk all, sometimes not even a thank you. They have also used the info given and either passed it off as their own, or gone to a generic online coach paying £30 a month whilst still asking me questions which pisses me off even more. So, I may still go on the other groups, and may or may not choose to answer in general terms, but any expansive detailed replies will only be given on here starting June 1st. Its only fair thing to do for me and for you. The web page is now done - the back end has been altered - and I'm now starting on the improved app protocols. I've also completed a Powerlifting app for Barnsley College and IM doing an armed services prep option, added a hyrox version( still to finish ) Any questions or input as to what you would like or want please either add here DM for anything else Thanks Shaun

Sounds good mate. I can imagine how inundated you are and if people are nicking Your work that’s well messed up. I don’t mind paying a subscription fee and I’ve also offered to pay you πŸ€˜πŸ‘Œ. I always see it as time is money and this is something I myself don’t mind paying for
