Injury, rest and recovery
I donβt see many people talking about this and I thought Iβd bring it up as Iβve sustained some type of shoulder injury. Itβs a niggle of a pain and can be pretty sharp I.e if I bend down to turn the radiator off / on I get the sharp pain in my shoulder / right side under arm pit. Iβve had the last couple of days off so 3 in total but for me thatβs shit and Iβm kinda worried about loosing my muscle Iβve already built (I know ) Iβve not even done any cardio or walking either. One thing that has helped is dosing BPC in a morning. After an hour or so that niggle goes. So gonna dose first thing and last thing at night. Only had to have painkillers once and that was paracetamol. So my question to everybody. How do you cope with not being able to do much. Is there anything you do. As itβs all kinda new for me being a gym cat π€£. Can somebody explain a good recovery program or what do you do to recover Cheers
