Cold water and weights
I know Shaun has advised to keep cold water immersion and RT well apart, but I have a couple of questions which I thought I'd ask here in case anyone is interested. I do my cold water immersion every morning on waking. I currently do 3 minutes at 3 degrees celcius. How long do I need to wait before doing RT and why?

@Shaun Womersley at your age you should be taking it easy. Just take a note out of Richards book and don’t get involved unless you’re selling something 😂
App question
Is the rest timer supposed to be silent, that is not chime when the time ends, or is it my phone?

@Shaun Womersley I’ve got the colour change but no buzz. Either that or I’ve gone deaf 😂

@Shaun Womersley I’ll try it again to see if it’s my phone. A buzz is all I was expecting. I know Im a problem child 🙄
Shoulder warm up advice
My f***in shoulder pain has not abated. It’s now a constant companion. I can’t afford to pay for treatment at the moment and am sceptical anyway as no physio has ever given me any convincing advice. I backed off my weights a month ago and am now back up to where I was in bench/flyes/OHP etc. but it is a matter of grin and bear it. Any recommendations on how to thoroughly warm up the delts, the pain is in both anterior heads, in an attempt to lessen the pain? Ive never been a fan of warming up because it is so boring. It’s bad enough having to work out how to load the dumbbells with a calculator for every set😂

@Gary Le Rosbifs DMSO? I haven’t got a scooby. Both shoulders, exactly the same place, at least 6 months now. I lost mobility in my shoulders when I got lumped up. I was formerly very light, muscular and strong and could do crucifix on the rings. Im 5’9” and left school at a very muscular and lean 7st 7lbs, despite weight training for 3 years and 5000 ‘calories’ a day.

@Shaun Womersley 😂
Weighted crunch videos
Can anyone recommend a reliable and correct video demonstration of weighted crunches please. I’ve been doing them but not convinced Im doing it right, essentially holding a dumbbell.

Thanks Shaun, I was doing it totally wrong. Why do you advocate low reps when most people do high reps for abs?

@Shaun Womersley Thanks Shaun. Do you remember Zabo Koszewski and his 10 pack?
Things can only get Retaaaaaa
I've lost access to a thread elsewhere where I documented my journey with retatrutide so I thought I'd continue it here. It should always have been here tbh because the success im having with it is completely down to the excellent advice I've had from the man , the myth the legend, @Shaun Womersley It's only fair that present and future members here get to see how much a suitably qualified and capable advisor, I recommend Shaun unequivocally, can steer you in the right direction. So I began April the 8th with the following stats Weight 95.6kg Waist 38" Chest 48" Arms 17 1/2 Leg 26 1/2 Today I'm at Weight 80kg Waist 33 3/4 Chest 46" Arms 16 3/4 Legs 24 1/4 Okay I've lost a little muscle it would appear, however I'm in replacement dose try during this , wheres before I was running test a little higher ( still within human ranges ) but using the old dbol so there would have been some bloat in the first set of measurements. I'm hugely happy with the progress on appearance as a now look like ( and am ) a relatively fit and in shape bloke not a beer monster. It's really effective stuff if you can get into the mindset to go low and slow ( I was a diva a out this to begin with admittedly) In hunger free , have great energy and feel great. Stop me before I start looking like Kelly Osbourne but at this point I can't recommend this stuff , and the big homie Shaun , enough. Now I'm going out sprinting. Which if I did it when I weighed 95 kg , I think my hooves might have fallen off Dose as per Shaun was 0.5 mg first two weeks to acclimatise , then 1mg and my personal choice was not to go higher as it's enough to tickle this fat loss along with zero side effects and it means I get ten weeks out of a ten mg vial which isn't bad for a life changing result ( less than a tenner a week for the source I used )

@Gary Le Rosbifs 62 in August. All done but the shouting. The oldest living male in my family line was my dad and he was 72. Not that I really give a toss. Life is fairly pointless
