Hello Everybody - I'm reaching out to WHWIDO community in order to help me out - my eating is still out of control and whilst i think i can trigger down - i either eat too much or eat too little, i need a good balance and an optimal plan - the issue with me is if i have a plan to stick to i can do it easy, but with food if i have to think for myself i end up over eating or restricting my food, if that makes sense - lets see what sort of Animal base meal plans people can come up with for me and the best one wins a Bar of Animal fat : i want stable energy, whilst being able to sustain my fitness levels and continue to build muscle. im 209 pounds, 6 foot 3 and pretty active - I was supplementing iodine, selenium, mag and d3/k2 - I've stopped these the past week as i think they are having effects on my with tiredness (Since stopping i feel better and more energy) i have cut back on electrolytes and tend to balance it all out over the day, i do take magnesium before bed but not in the day anymore, i also have a few grams of glycine before bed now and again My schedule is : my wake up time is normally 3-4am i like to be i the gym for 4 - 430am - i tend to get to kip about 7pm - 730pm Monday - Full Body Gym day + 6-7 Mile walk after the gym Tuesday - I'm normally in the office so do a lot of travel, i take Tuesday as a sort of rest day Wednesday - Cardio Day - Run / Ruck / RunRuck / i do about a 7-8 miler today either faster pace or bit more weight - i also tend to get on a 6-7 mile walk with the dogs Thursday - Full Body Gym day - 6-7 Mile Dog walk Friday - Longer ruck day - Longer run day - i aim for either more weight or faster pace or a bit longer on my feet if time permits - 2.00 hours min thou and 9-12 miles with 20-25kg Sat - Full Body Gym day - plus 6 - 8 mile walk - plus maybe another dog walk and shopping 🤣 Sunday - Long hike - 10 - 30 miles I work at a desk for about 8 hours a day - i try to take breaks up and down the stairs and maybe hit the treadmill at lunch time / dog walk - but i need to be focused

@Shaun Womersley - i say full body - my focus has been more on - once per week dead lifts and on a Wednesday leg curls and leg extensions, i batter my legs enough and they are one of my best points (Nice legs sir) - i dont do legs everyday due to the demand since doing this i have noticed my upper body strenght has been great and i improve on something every session - cant be a bad thing ?
Body fat
Guys as I’m doing some research into the ways people loose body fat I’ve seen all sorts of things being used as tools. Body builders eat loads of crap most of the time over multiple meals. I’d say I’m more of a hybrid hobbyist and do it for enjoyment and fitness etc. I’d like people’s thoughts on how they / not me would go about cutting body fat. I think I’m current arround 17 percent at 215 pounds. I’m 6 foot 3 in length and have a kinda big torso. I’m a 32-34 waist and a large (long) in t shirt / polo etc I’d like to get to sub 15 just to see if I’m happy. I seem to be lean but think my belly plays a big role in my body dismorphia 🤣

@Gary Le Rosbifs so how do you you think Reta has help dude. Everybody seems to be pinning it at the moment. I’d like to get my eating controlled as it’s haywire. I’d love to be able to sit and eat one steak instead of 3 😆. But I think I’d loose too much weight. I seem to be really responsive to things now as well so one slight week of 100g of meat less and I loose weight. So maybe I don’t needed it after all.

@Gary Le Rosbifs you are talking me into it 🤣
Varying dinner with salt.
I ordered some different salts to vary my dinner. First salt.: - Kala Namak (Indian Black Salt) made from the long extinct volcanic eruptions. Very strong sulphur taste raw that changes food in cooking. I really enjoyed this on my chuck steak, as it totally transformed the flavour of the steak and made life a little bit more interesting. :)

Things can only get Retaaaaaa
I've lost access to a thread elsewhere where I documented my journey with retatrutide so I thought I'd continue it here. It should always have been here tbh because the success im having with it is completely down to the excellent advice I've had from the man , the myth the legend, @Shaun Womersley It's only fair that present and future members here get to see how much a suitably qualified and capable advisor, I recommend Shaun unequivocally, can steer you in the right direction. So I began April the 8th with the following stats Weight 95.6kg Waist 38" Chest 48" Arms 17 1/2 Leg 26 1/2 Today I'm at Weight 80kg Waist 33 3/4 Chest 46" Arms 16 3/4 Legs 24 1/4 Okay I've lost a little muscle it would appear, however I'm in replacement dose try during this , wheres before I was running test a little higher ( still within human ranges ) but using the old dbol so there would have been some bloat in the first set of measurements. I'm hugely happy with the progress on appearance as a now look like ( and am ) a relatively fit and in shape bloke not a beer monster. It's really effective stuff if you can get into the mindset to go low and slow ( I was a diva a out this to begin with admittedly) In hunger free , have great energy and feel great. Stop me before I start looking like Kelly Osbourne but at this point I can't recommend this stuff , and the big homie Shaun , enough. Now I'm going out sprinting. Which if I did it when I weighed 95 kg , I think my hooves might have fallen off Dose as per Shaun was 0.5 mg first two weeks to acclimatise , then 1mg and my personal choice was not to go higher as it's enough to tickle this fat loss along with zero side effects and it means I get ten weeks out of a ten mg vial which isn't bad for a life changing result ( less than a tenner a week for the source I used )

@Gary Le Rosbifs dude can you PM you Reta protocol. Please I just want to compare it with somebody else’s, to see how much difference there is. I’m also wondering how it would Work being low carb and really active. I don’t mind adding in carbs if I had the actual carb to add, amounts and when 🤣.
Electrolytes
Howdy all. What’s everybody’s amount of electrolytes ? I ask as I’ve been having about a tub a week. Today I only had a few pinches of Celtic salt and about 1 liter of water and I felt alive. I currently use the flavoured keto pro ones. I think the flavoured ones trigger some sort of eat more food signal. As today I’m not hungry and also I’m eating and I don’t want much as it’s a rest day I’ve only managed 500g of chick steak. Anybody else notice this cutting back

@Daniel Parker I haven’t put mag in it. As I take two caps on an evening so it’s taurine sodium and potsatium
