Hey Perform Crew! It's Friday & that can only mean 1 thing. Time to celebrate our wins for the week! Here's mine: Personal - Knee is feeling much better in fact when I was at Jiu Jitsu on Tu & Th I didn't even think about it - Had 2 great Jiu Jitsu classes this week. We did 5-10 min rounds of live drilling. I'm very happy with where my overall fitness is at the moment - My wife's nephew was in town for work and we went out to dinner with him Professional - Had a great workshop last night. Thanks to @Mallory Collins & @Sonia Berglund for attending. - We are developing a Mobility Program that will be available next week- It will be $27 for 7 days and then go up to $47. You will be able to purchase it in the classroom. Watch for an announcement next week - I'm getting better at creating GPTs I created one for my IG/FB reels which is making it much easier for me to get my posts out. Now your turn! Being Real
This week we’ve talked a lot about **your own standards**. But here’s the reality… Living by them isn’t always easy. Yesterday after making a promise, I made a decision to fully switch off and spend time with my son. If I’m honest, at first I felt guilty. Like I *should* be doing something else. Working. Catching up. Being ā€œproductive.ā€ But one of my standards is being present with the people who matter most. So I stuck to it. And in the end? We had an amazing night. It reminded me of something important: **Your standards aren’t just about work — they’re about life.** Sometimes the standard is pushing harder. Sometimes the standard is being present. Both matter. What’s one standard you’re trying to live by right now, even when it feels uncomfortable?
