Hey MRC Crew! Happy February! I'm excited to see what we can make happen this month! Here's what we have going on this month! We will have a FREE Webinar - Why Your Body Is Broken After 40- And What To Do About It will be on 2-20-26 from 6-7pm EST We will also be running another 5 Day Movement Restoration Challenge 2-23-2-27 from 6-7 EST w/an optional VIP upgrade. More on this later in the week. This week on the Restoration Lab Call we will be discussing "Training Smarter, Not Harder" & why this is so important after 40. See you on tomorrow's call!

Wins 1-26-26
Hey MRC! It's Friday and that means we get to look back over the past 7 days and celebrate our wins! Remember no win is to big or to small. I'm including both my personal and professional wins and you can do the same if you'd like. Personal - Got to watch our son Gabe coach his wrestling team to a win last night. It's so much fun watching him coach - Had a great week of working out. Made improvements on my Split Squat, Incline Press, Nordics & Front Squats felt really good this week - Thought I might have to replace my power steering pump on my car. Nope, turns out -39F for a couple of days can freeze your power steering fluid and -9F is warm enough for it to thaw out 🤣 Professional - RBLD Collective Members had a great week of progress. It's super fun to watch them improve. - I have a 66% increase on my IG/FB posts. I've had a couple of old clients/friends from Michigan reach out to me about RBLD. - @Jerry Rivera and I have made some massive improvements to the RBLD Outlier Operating System over the past two weeks. It's becoming the transformation system I set out to build when we started working on RBLD last June. We also are working on a GPT that will help us make it even better! Welcome to The Forge: This Is My Why
Hey there & welcome to The Forge Community! Here's a little information about me: My name is Shawn Kitzman, and I'm the Founder of The RBLD Project. I've lived an active life with over 30 years of martial arts, weightlifting, and skateboarding, and it's definitely come with some bumps and bruises—two torn meniscuses, separated shoulders, and back and neck injuries. For years, I couldn't solve these problems. But it wasn't until I began using the ATG principles that I was able to reverse my injuries and solve my pain. Now, I can still train Jiu Jitsu three days a week with training partners 10-30 years younger than me and not feel like I got run over by a truck. My journey as a Massage Therapist and Movement Coach, which began in 2000, taught me how to work with a wide range of athletes—from elite youth athletes and adult endurance athletes to a few professional athletes. I learned how to help them overcome their injuries and exceed their physical potential. This is the inspiration for RBLD. I'm here to help high-achieving men and women over 40 rebuild their bodies and charge into the future with confidence. This community is a place for people who aren't going to "grow old gracefully" but are going to live a life of adventure, be active and Kick Father Time's Ass! What about you? Let's get started.
