Hey gang! I know this might not be a big deal to you all but it’s huge for the business end of this community. We’ve jumped about 80 spots on discovery in SKool. SKool has a search function that helps to drive organic traffic. We have been sitting around 815-830 for the past 3-4 weeks. At the beginning of the week we were at 756, from all of the great engagement in the challenge today we are at 740. Again, this might not be a big deal to you all but it’s pretty exciting for me. So, thanks a ton & I’m excited to finish out the rest of the challenge with you all!

Day 3: each day creates better awareness within my body. I am now better able to recognize and correct the areas of “cheat” when undergoing specific movement patterns we’ve been working on.
