Tried the backwards walking on an incline-what a game changer! I’m feeling my glutes and hip extensors working like never before and I have more mobility in my ankles. My hips feel more open and my forward gait is smoother.

🔥 WIN OF THE WEEK 🔥
4 years ago, I couldn’t even dream of doing this. After tearing my meniscus, my knee was so unstable that my tibia would literally slide around during Jiu Jitsu. Every step felt like a reminder of what I couldn’t do anymore. Fast forward to today: here’s a single-leg squat on a slant board. Something that once felt impossible is now a reality. 💪 This isn’t just about strength. It’s about rebuilding trust in my body, brick by brick. Proof that with the right approach, you don’t have to accept decline as your destiny. And the best part? Ben Patrick himself (the Knees Over Toes Guy) called it “badass.” 👊 ➡️ Video attached. If you’re battling injuries, setbacks, or doubts — remember: aging is inevitable. Decline is a choice. Keep stacking your wins.

✅Total of 20+ KM with my walk/run program (4x this week, 5KM each day). ✅Last Sunday I ran 2,800m continuous—no breaks 💨, and this week I knocked out 2,500m continuous three times. 🏃‍♂️🔥 ✅Created a brochure for RBLD to help share the mission. Next target: 3,200m continuous run this Sunday. Let’s go! 🚀
