Hey MRC Crew! It's Friday so it's time to celebrate our wins for the week! Remember no win is too small, celebrating wins professionally and personally is important. Personal: - Had good workout week- hit a PR on incline bench 3x15@80 - Had a good week at Jiu Jitsu. Feels like my stand up wrestling game is making progress - Melissa and I are going to see the Minnesota Orchestra perform Pink Floyd tonight Professional - We made updates to both the MRC & Collective Classrooms (thanks @MarKesha Smith) - We brought on a new member to The Collective. - @Jerry Rivera has a top secret mission he is on. If he can accomplish it, it will be a massive upgrade for The Collective 🥸 🤫 - @Sonia Berglund & I had a great chat this week during the Restoration Lab Please share your wins in the comments below! Wins for the week
My brother and I have been in the process of finding an assisted living near me-we found one this week that will take her. What a process! I noticed how much stronger my I am going up hills in my daily walks. I’ve started doing split squats without the assistance of poles.

Personal - Ran twice this week. - Continued cutting down on cigarettes. - Had a great time with my parents and a friend last Saturday. - Got a free rabies vaccine. - Cha agreed to have a makeup trial before the wedding Professional - Updated Jodie blueprints and create Marisa's OOS - Almost done with the webinar slides. - Got an idea that can help our Collective members (will try to execute it in the next couple of weeks).

​Personal - ​🚭 Reduced cigarette consumption this week. - ​💍 All preparations for the upcoming wedding are set. - ​🍽️ Had a great lunch with my cousins on Sunday. ​Professional - ​🛠️ Created the new Compass tools (Monthly & Quarterly). - ​🤖 Started learning to create a custom GPT for the business.

Hey MRC! It's Friday and that means we get to look back over the past 7 days and celebrate our wins! Remember no win is to big or to small. I'm including both my personal and professional wins and you can do the same if you'd like. Personal - Got to watch our son Gabe coach his wrestling team to a win last night. It's so much fun watching him coach - Had a great week of working out. Made improvements on my Split Squat, Incline Press, Nordics & Front Squats felt really good this week - Thought I might have to replace my power steering pump on my car. Nope, turns out -39F for a couple of days can freeze your power steering fluid and -9F is warm enough for it to thaw out 🤣 Professional - RBLD Collective Members had a great week of progress. It's super fun to watch them improve. - I have a 66% increase on my IG/FB posts. I've had a couple of old clients/friends from Michigan reach out to me about RBLD. - @Jerry Rivera and I have made some massive improvements to the RBLD Outlier Operating System over the past two weeks. It's becoming the transformation system I set out to build when we started working on RBLD last June. We also are working on a GPT that will help us make it even better!
