Did a couple of routines as part of my active recovery day today— Hips of Fury: Module 1 and Heal Your Shoulders: Routine 1. I expected the hip routine to be tough (and it definitely was 😅), but the shoulder one completely caught me off guard! I shoulder press several times a week, so I figured it’d be a breeze — instead, I felt stretches I haven’t hit in ages and even had to take a break mid-way through. What really stood out was how the super slow rotations revealed old impingements in my left shoulder. Crazy how slowing things down can expose what strength alone can hide. Gotta go slow before we go fast. Super excited to keep going and see how things progress 🙌
