New week, new beginning, new opportunities. Perspective dramatically alters the expression of behavior, and I tell myself as many positive truths as I realize in the moment, and use them to shape how I approach opportunities. Opportunities and problems are often the same thing.

I love this mindset. It seems like they would be opposite from each other at first, but no, truly.
Body is Flexing More
So I just finished my stretches from 9:3 and I feel a difference already. From the intro sessions into the first session, I felt strain in both knees around the sockets, especially on the right. Probably from sitting at my desk for long periods of time without really moving (guilty as charged). Today, there is a difference. Not as strained and I think the tendons of whatever those things are called around my knees are beginning to elongate in the stretches more. Also, my hips are more supple and pliable after each workout. I feel no tightness which I have felt a lot where I have to constantly stretch to the sides. After one workout my hips thank me. Also my posture is getting better. I noticed I sit up straighter. I love this!

My physical therapist printed me out a sheet describing Moviegoer Syndrome, pain that results in the knees from sitting without moving for too long. Eryn, this syndrome might have applied to you - that is, before you started doing Flex Theory programs 😊 I was surprised that I could have both Moviegoer Syndrome and Patello Femoral Syndrome (caused by overuse) at the same time.
Saving my shoulders
Just did shoulders sessions 4 & 5. 4 was a reprieve from session 3. 5 upped the difficulty again, but I was mentally prepared for it. I love the after effects of how my muscles feel.🙏💪

Ohh! One through five already blew me out of the water. And again, my orthopedist approved when I skipped through the first two videos, showing him the gist of it. He said “He’s got you covered, but here’s the print out of some exercises anyway.”

I’m impressed you came up with more ways to reach even more parts of shoulders. Your attention to detail is superior to the physical therapist’s assistants.
