Completing vs Finishing (Mojo Monday Challenge 21)
Do you finish or complete things? There's a difference. Finishing leaves many loose ends, is often abrupt, and you're left feeling incomplete despite moving on to the next thing. Completing, on the other hand, thoughtfully and intentionally reflects on the entire big picture gleaning lessons learned and completing what may be incomplete by asking the right questions. Your challenge this week is to journal these 4 questions in regards to completing 2025, your last week, or the Ignite program if you are in the premium membership. *Where did I grow and develop? *Where did I not grow and develop? *Any resentment or regrets? *What do you want to be acknowledged for? Joy for No Reason (Mojo Monday Challenge 20)
If you could access shift your mood, instantly calm your nervous system, and feel less stress in one fell swoop, would you want to know? This one thing is free, accessible anytime, and will cause ripple effects of positivity healing yourself and the world. I could tell you. But here's the thing. Knowing this makes no difference. You have to practice it and discover the impact in your life. This week, your challenge is to watch the video below starting at 8:36 - 20:48 and find out that 1 thing. Then do one or more of the following: 1. Do this 1 THING spontaneously during triggers or habits 2. Practice doing this 1 THING in the mirror for 30 seconds daily each morning 3. Do this 1 THING while you do a 1 minute exercise you don't enjoy Share back what you discovered on this post. This 1 THING will relax the body, sending safety signals to the brain, helping you feel more grounded, present and in deeper connection with other humans. LAST WEEK: How'd it go? Power of Silence (Mojo Monday Challenge 16)
Have you ever taken a vow of silence? What if I were to tell you silence is one of the greatest access points to calm the mind? As I attend my 3rd 10 Day Vipassana Silent Meditation Retreat this Wednesday, this week's challenge is to take a vow of silence for any period of time that works. Ideally it's at least a full day if not 2 days, but a half day for a few hours could work. MOJO MONDAY CHALLENGE 16: 1. Watch the video below on how to take a Vow of Silence/Silent Retreat.
