I’m away this week for my son’s graduation and visiting family in CA, so taking a break from work and prioritizing: 1 keeping up with Tai Chi, yoga & swimming daily 2 helping my parents as we deal with cognitive decline 3 helping my son with next steps after graduation

How much do you meditate a day?
Returned from a 3 Day Vipassana Retreat serving as a Course Manager for 33 teens last weekend. Witnessing these teens meditating and understanding 2000 year old wisdom in a couple days (that often takes decades for adults!) gives me hope for the future of humanity and our earth. Nothing refreshes the mind, heart, and soul as sitting 5 hours of meditation on a Saturday that I had quite the focused, productive, and happy week returning home. Must. Sit. More. The impact of 1 hour vs 2 hours of meditation a day is noticeable in higher focus, calm mind, and peaceful heart. No fights with my 14 year old son on screen time. He was chill as a cucumber because my presence was so. Many of my clients focus on the inner work, then the outer results appear. What about you? 👇 Comment : Curious, how much do you meditate a day? 10-15 minutes most days. My time is usually at night as I’m winding down. It can help me prepare for sleep.

@Anna Choi About a month as part of my focus on better sleep, especially getting to sleep. My biggest struggle is quieting my mind so I’ve been integrating meditating and deep breathing.
