Before you Set 2026 Goals . . .
If you haven't already, be sure take a fully day to truly reflect over the last year and revel in all your growth from the past year. Often I see students who "finish" vs "complete" their year, rushing off to the next accomplishment. This is a big missed opportunity my clients often miss. Consider that without a deep dive to reflect, you can subconsciously run the same pattern into the new year getting the same incremental results, rather than truly building and creating unexpected results you couldn't even imagine. What are your New Year's Intentions?
I’m not one for New Years Resolutions- I rather prefer to set intentions. Some might argue that there the same, but the framing, for me, is the difference. How about you? Do you make a list of New Year’s resolutions? Or intentions? Share them if you like, or any thoughts on them!

I used to be gung ho for SMART goals but in burnout while my business grew to six figures as a result in 2018-2019. Then in 2020, I went the other extreme of "allowing EVERYTHING to unfold" with zero planning, impact many lives based on donations but not financially thriving. In 2025, I practiced the middle path--where I'm able to navigate between " the yin" partnering with Source allowing things to unfold than be rigid, while also taking action "the yang" in having specific goals for the universe to attract while still taking action. The result? A record revenue month doing what I love, while staying grounded in my day to day, with self care always a priority. My 2025 theme was equanimity and boy did I practice that navigating through unexpected drama during large projects. 2026's theme is Easy and Simple and so excited to unveil what's to come. Let's just say it's an expression of my favorite Gandhi quote "My life is my message."
Joy for No Reason (Mojo Monday Challenge 20)
If you could access shift your mood, instantly calm your nervous system, and feel less stress in one fell swoop, would you want to know? This one thing is free, accessible anytime, and will cause ripple effects of positivity healing yourself and the world. I could tell you. But here's the thing. Knowing this makes no difference. Then do one or more of the following: 1. Do this 1 THING spontaneously during triggers or habits 2. Practice doing this 1 THING in the mirror for 30 seconds daily each morning 3. Do this 1 THING while you do a 1 minute exercise you don't enjoy Share back what you discovered on this post. This 1 THING will relax the body, sending safety signals to the brain, helping you feel more grounded, present and in deeper connection with other humans. LAST WEEK: How'd it go?
