Take Back Your Brain (Mojo Monday Weekly Challenge 6)
If you want to shift negative thoughts and have your brain generate positive thoughts, these 3 somatic exercises will help you do that. Watch the video below to learn them!! MOJO MONDAY WEEKLY CHALLENGE 6 Speak out loud what you want in a positive way. Ie. I love my life right now! Do it especially when internally your ego thinks it sucks. Make sure your face and walking gait matches. Have fun with this. This is distinct from being Pollyanna or being in denial. It's about having fun with it. If you accept, comment below "ACCEPT". When done, reply back to your accept comment "DONE" AND comment on 2 other people's posts.
