How much do you meditate a day?
Returned from a 3 Day Vipassana Retreat serving as a Course Manager for 33 teens last weekend. Witnessing these teens meditating and understanding 2000 year old wisdom in a couple days (that often takes decades for adults!) gives me hope for the future of humanity and our earth. Nothing refreshes the mind, heart, and soul as sitting 5 hours of meditation on a Saturday that I had quite the focused, productive, and happy week returning home. Must. Sit. More. The impact of 1 hour vs 2 hours of meditation a day is noticeable in higher focus, calm mind, and peaceful heart. No fights with my 14 year old son on screen time. He was chill as a cucumber because my presence was so. Many of my clients focus on the inner work, then the outer results appear. What about you? 👇 Comment : Curious, how much do you meditate a day? Thurs 8am Qigong Moving to Fri at 10am
Starting next week, Fri June 12, Thurs Qigongs will move to Fridays at 10am, which are livestreams of our in person Island Fitness class. These classes will be on Skool webinar with no student videos on, just me and live chat.

My son’s father signed us all up for the YMCA again. I’ve been struggling to get into Qigong routine with my kiddo so today when we arrived the gym was wide open, I pulled up a video and boom… did my hour! 🎉🎉🎉
Qigong in the Labyrinth
I visit a very special labyrinth in my area, and yesterday I was vibing so high that I wanted to see what I could do with that energy. As I entered, I set the intention to release everything that no longer serves me. The moment I started walking the spiral inward and doing affirmation work, a huge shift immediately began happening. My body started doing instinctual movements, and I ended up walking the entire path at a pace that allowed me to continue flowing with them. On the way out, I intentionally started doing the movements again, and I heard:“Now just receive… no need for the movements.” Both experiences made the work I have been doing with Anna integrate to a new level!
